酒店地理位置挺好，紧临瓯江，晚上可以散步，旁边万象城也是三无分钟就走到了，很方便。房间也比较干净，前台服务热情，很好的一次体验

Great new hotel, super comfortable beds, large rooms, good breakfast and nice Club Lounge with good evening food and drinks. The M Club attendants were very attentive and did their best, despite the language barrier (I don't speak Mandarin), and I was impressed how they even helped to clear away at the end of Happy Hour. Special mention to Winnie, Yena, Sylvia, and Viri.

很棒的新酒店，超级舒适的床，宽敞的房间，美味的早餐和漂亮的俱乐部酒廊，提供美味的晚间食物和饮料。尽管有语言障碍（我不会说普通话），M Club 的服务员还是非常细心，尽了最大努力，他们甚至在欢乐时光结束时帮助收拾行李，给我留下了深刻的印象。特别值得一提的是 Winnie、Yena、Sylvia 和 Viri。

This place look nice, but is so uncomfortably. We stayed for a week in Dec. 2023 for business. Upon arriving, the hotel looked brand new and very nice. And the rooms were very nice. However, while staying, you notice more and more things that are not comfortable, especially for westerners. ||First, it was winter, and the weather outside was not hot. But it was not cold, either - maybe 18C (65F). And yet, the air condition in the room was turned off. In fact, it is possible that the heat was on. But you could not control it with the room thermostat, and the windows do not open. My room was getting up to 25F (78C) at night, and I could not sleep but there was nothing I could do about it. I complain to the front desk multiple time, and they would have the engineer turn on the air, only to turn it off again a short while later. They would not leave it on no matter how many times I asked. On the last night, I ended up pulling the couch closer to the window and sleeping there because it was at least a little cooler.||The happy hour on the executive floor serves the same food every night and NO western snacks at all. The noodle soup station was good, but every night?||The restaurant has no passable western style food, either. We each Chinese food a lot in China, so once in a while it is nice a hamburger or something in the hotel restaurant. They didn't have one.||We usually stay at the Shangri-La up the street, but decided to try this this time. The Shangri-La is getting l'd and dated, but I'd probably go back to staying there next time for the comfort.

Very beautiful hotel, which is located on the seaside of Wenzhou. The staff is very professional and provides with a high-level service. All the aspects of the hotel a performed at the best Marriott standards.

非常漂亮的酒店，位于温州海边。工作人员非常专业，提供高水平的服务。酒店的所有方面均符合万豪酒店的最佳标准。

这家酒店地理位置好，沿江的视野。而且的员工服务意识很强。餐食也很棒，酒廊和早餐都很丰盛。酒店提前致电表示已经客房升级，并询问有无其他要求，得知入驻之际是朋友生日，特地送了红酒坚果和小甜点。客房服务的响应也很及时。对于一家新酒店来说，体验很愉悦，会再次考虑入住。

温州市区内的三家万豪系中，喜来登设施太旧、威斯汀服务太渣，这一次新开的万豪酒店算是以满分拉回了万豪之于酒店行业的标杆水平。 因为第一次入住是匆匆路过，早出晚归的没有好好体会服务的细节，这一次算是专程安排的。 先说礼宾，在国内万豪系中还能主动送行李到房间的酒店实属不多见 ，在业内也基本在少数，这一点上到店分是满分，而且作为沿海城市，对海鲜类行李的冷冻保管有专门的预案，这个是加分项。 再说客房，对于备品、布草的准备很完善，工作人员的工作效率也很高。 特别要提到的是泳池，可以说泳池的水温代表着酒店业主的热情度，他们家水温真的相当合适，大年初二都可以不用热身直接下水了。 前台、酒廊以及早餐都很好，专业、热情、友善，总体非常好。

交通位置方便，离市中心开车三公里，酒店很新，设施很棒。 酒廊和早餐也都很不错，兼具本地特色个其他菜品。特别棒的是酒廊是24小时。 服务很贴心态度也很热情。 有些流程还不是很熟悉，但运营一阵以后会越来越好。

It was a wonderful experience staying at the Marriott once again, the service was top notch, room was clean and nice, Leo and Cam were both really nice at the front desk, would love to stay here again next time visiting Wenzhou!

再次入住万豪酒店真是一次美妙的体验，服务一流，房间干净漂亮，前台Leo和Cam都非常好，下次来温州还想再住这里！
