Ramada Plaza Xian South

This hotel was a great find. It is a little farther away from the sites than I thought, but still easy transit using the metro. The Spa is currently being redecorated, but should be up soon. The restaurants are great and the breakfast is the best breakfast I have had in a Southeast Asia hotel! The hotel is not fluent in English so there may be a little communication issue, but Richard was amazing. He is one of the managers in the hotel and he is fluent in English. He was very helpful and always happy to help and translate! ||||The room was very large, comfortable, and has an amazing shower and bath! I was very impressed when I walked in. They do have some smoking floors, so if you are a non-smoker, make sure to let them know in the reservation. The hotel is right around the corner from a metro, a bank with ATM, and a convenience shop. All in all, this hotel was a great find! A Wonderful stay! If I ever go back to Xi'an, this is where I would stay again!

Overall is average and poor experience. One star for the Room which is nice, comfortable, spacious. Service is not very good. First, fake catalog? Catalog in the room written that able to do foreign exchange at the lobby but the staff said the hotel is not able to do it, and need to walk 1km from the hotel to China Bank to do the exchange. Second, fake info on hotel booking website? Hotel facilities is not what has been posted on hotel booking websites. There is no pool, no spa or sauna and the gym is very small not as spacious as what has published. Third, Language barrier. The staff is not fluent in English which will be a pain to foreigners. Fourth, non smoking building? The staff said it is a non smoking building but there are lots of guests smokes inside the hotel, corridor and inside the elevator which is unacceptable.

总体来说很一般而且体验很差。 给房间一颗星，房间漂亮、舒适、宽敞。 服务不是很好。 首先，假目录？ 房间目录上写着大堂可以兑换外币，但工作人员说酒店不可以，需要从酒店步行1公里到中国银行兑换。 第二，酒店预订网站上的虚假信息？ 酒店设施与酒店预订网站上发布的不符。 没有游泳池，没有水疗中心或桑拿浴室，健身房很小，没有公布的那么宽敞。 第三，语言障碍。 工作人员的英语不太流利，这对外国人来说会很痛苦。 四、禁烟楼？ 工作人员说这是一座禁烟建筑，但有很多客人在酒店内、走廊和电梯内吸烟，这是不可接受的。

Modern hotel good rooms and great location. Not really equipped for international visitors though despite being close to convention centre. Restaurant pretty average food and service. Attending international conference but couldn’t obtain non smoking room . Locked out of room final evening but no one could explain why and took ages and six staff to resolve . Do not book airport transport from the desk mine never arrived and had to take taxi instead . Overall my worst hotel experience in China which after many years is surprising given the high level quality of hotels and service. Maybe it’s trying to replicate the quality of Ramada in the US where there is no service culture.

Stayed here for 4 nights during Golden Week. We'd booked a double room, but as is common for hotels in China, we got a twin instead. But it didn't matter too much because the room was great. Clean, very well equipped and high above the traffic. The staff were lovely and the place is about 20 minutes walk from a subway station. Was a bit expensive, but would still recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the city.

My son and I booked a Deluxe King Suite for 3 days for the Chinese New Year 2020. We enjoyed the authentic dishes at the Chinese restaurant. The Ramada Plaza Xi'an South hotel is only about 5 min drive from Giant Wild Goose Pagoda (大雁塔). It is also about 5 min drive from the Xi'an Bell Tower (西安钟楼). The Xi'an Xianyang International Airport (西安咸阳国际机场) is 50 min drive away, which is not very ideal, but not too bad. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly Recommended.

2020年农历新年，我和儿子预订了三天的豪华大床套房。我们在中餐厅享用了正宗的菜肴。西安南投华美达广场酒店距离大雁塔仅约 5 分钟车程。距西安钟楼约 5 分钟车程。西安咸阳国际机场距离酒店有50分钟车程，虽然不是很理想，但也还不错。工作人员很友好，乐于助人。强烈推荐。

Almost perfect hotel, great room friendly staff and beautiful breakfast food. Best danishes I've had in China||Only negative was the temperature of the aircon - must have been set at 30C, regardless of what the display said. Did not seem to be adjustable at all so we cooked..

I need to split this up as the quality differs quite a bit. Room is 5/5 everything clean and well maintained. The breakfast is great 5/5. The staff is really helpful but most of them hardly speak English which is not enough for an international hotel 3/5. Gym is 1/5; only a small room with treadmills and some dumbbells.

跟旅遊團住了3個晚上. 除了團隊外, 酒店還有舉行不同講座, 課堂等等.. 酒店設施很新. 房間也很大. 很舒適. 乎合品牌.. 地點方便. 在新區曲江. 附近沒有其他餐廳.. 最近的地鐵站也有15-20分鐘的步行距離.. 但旁邊就是會展中心. 治安很好.
