Mercure Xian Qujiang

I extended my stay at the Mercure Qujiang (Qujiang Meiju) through New Year’s Day, and the transition was flawless. Of course, the front desk staff accommodated all my needs, even one for a disposable razor. (It’s not part of the free stuff in the room, but available on request.) For those of you worried about whether the front desk staff speaks English, don’t. They have enough resources (translator apps or one of them) to be able to communicate with you quite effectively. For the price, THIS is the place to stay while in Qujiang, Xi’an!

This is the best bargain of a hotel in the Qujiang District in Xi’an! It’s very close to many shopping areas and the city is building a subway stop right outside the hotel, so transport will be even MORE convenient in the future! The bed is super-comfortable. The shower has a rain option. The bidet toilet is first-class. And the front desk staff employs the nicest and most helpful individuals, especially Sunny, who has always assisted me during my stay.

I always stay at this excellent hotel here in Qujiang. The staff is always very friendly and they always fulfill my simple requests with friendliness. The service staff and cleaning people are top notch every time. People thinking of staying in Qujiang should highly consider this hotel!

This is my favorite hotel in Xi’an! The breakfast buffet is AWESOME with great variety and solid quality. The bathroom in the hotel room has the Japanese-style bidet toilets… BEST EVER!! See pictures for the remote options for the bidet….

I was quite satisfied with the Mercure hotel in Xi'An and I got really great help from the staff.Mainly a lady named SUNNY who were able to speak english very well. She even brought me great support during her resting time by ordering food for me, The only thing for a foreigner is that it was not easy to find, just around the hotel, a nice place to eat or have a drink.Also, the breakfast in the hotel was veryday the same with very little choice.Still, I will still use this hotel next time I go to Xi'An as quality/price is is a great value.

Every time I come to Xi’an, I stay at this hotel exclusively. Tonight, I arrived very late due to flight complications. At the check-in counter, Sunny was extremely helpful and accommodating for any issues and concerns I had. I wholly suggest that others stay here, especially to say hi to Sunny! She helped me out the last time I was here also!

As I have said before, I always stay at this Mercure while in Xi’an. The staff at the desk is always helpful. If you’re an English-speaking foreigner, Sunny at the front desk will be able to communicate with you. She is absolutely welcoming, and fully understanding of your situation.

I really liked the hotel, close to the metro station, It's a quiet, clean, comfortable place.
