This serviced apartment is in a refurbished old building so the room layouts are a bit awkward. It has a rooftop area with barbecue facilities and sitting out areas but zero view. The rooms are adequate but in winter the heater barely works, the walls are thin and windows not double glazed. Stay in other seasons for best experience. If you are staying longer term, you’ll meet the magical cleaning ladies who can finish “cleaning” a one bedroom apartment in 5 minutes. Including washing the dishes. Try to wash your own dishes... You’ll feel a lot better eating off it later.

A very peaceful and hassle free stay. It offers serviced apartment which are well maintained. Rooms have all basic facilities with free hi speed wi fi. A small kitchen with basic crockery, knifes, microwaves, etc is available in the room. The housekeeping department is very prompt and efficient in its work. A small gym is provided in the common area. The location in the shopping hub of Hong Kong is another advantage. The Times Square, Sogo mall, Forever 21 etc. are all at a walking distance. The night life is lively and worth giving a walk on the streets.

I have stayed at Como Como for a month and have enjoyed my stay. The rooms are well designed and cleaned every day but most importantly the bed is super comfortable with good quality pillows and bedding. There is a small gym, laundry room and a Nespresso machine on the third floor.

very very very comfortable and nice location, service, staff, interior, clean, everything near, a bit noisy, BUT city sounds makes you relax. For HK price of this hotel apartments absolutely. really very cozy apartments, bed standard 160, bed linen changed once a week, towels every two days.

I laughed, so hard, at the 4 star reviews, because I find them totally and completely opposite to what I have seen and experienced in this place. COMO COMO is, without doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I am writing these reviews while staying in this place right now.||||First of all, glass walls. My bathroom is behind some glass walls, which is ridiculously inconvenient if I want to have people over. You can't even go when the cleaning ladies are here to provide house keeping. ||||Second, the noise from the street is so loud at night. COMO COMO sits by the Lockhart Road, which is a busy road in Hong Kong. There are quite some motorbikes driving by, making loud noises at night. And there is a 24/7 convenient store near by downstairs, so there are also drunk people yelling whatever languages midnight. And COMO COMO has the worst blinds/shades system ever. A lot of street light manage to come through into the room at night. In general, the noise and the light will make it hard for anyone who is a light sleeper. ||||Third, unhelpful staff. The cleaning ladies come everyday, but they only change the towels every 3 to 4 days, while they SHOULD have done it every other day. And I once used a brand new towel that smelled like stink feet. And the pillow covers constantly smell like middle-aged fat men's hairs. No kidding. And to make things worse, the cleaning ladies sometimes do their chit-chats about you in Cantonese while cleaning your room. I speak English, but I managed to understand Cantonese very well. So it was very awkward and uncomfortable hearing them discussing about me in my presence. And if you are requesting anything from the front desk, make sure you are taking to the lady staffs, who will make it happen right away, compared to the male staff who are always straight-faced and unhelpful. ||||Finally, if you enjoy people. I mean, A LOT, A LOT, A LOT of people, then you should live in this place. It's in Causeway Bay, the busiest shopping area in town. Everyday, you will walk with tones of people in the narrowed streets nearby. They are, EVERYWHERE, which will be exhausting sometimes, because you are constantly lining up for some utilities. ||||Oh, it's not close to the airport, and you will have to transfer lines to get here if you take public transportation. ||||Avoid this place if you can. Sincerely, avoid this place if you can.

I have been staying here for nearly a week and I must say it is quite a disappointing experience so far. When I arrived on Saturday evening, I was told by the staff that I was only supposed to check in the day after. After spending half a day on the plane, I was tired and just wanted get some good rest. Instead, I had to search for my email confirmation. Without saying much (and much less a smile), both staff then disappeared into the security room to enquire with the leasing manager. We were then left standing around like idiots. Not knowing how long they would take, we asked them if we could leave the luggage here first and go out for a meal while they sort things out. However, they replied that they do not look after luggage for customers. What kind of crap service is this???? Left with no choice, I sat there by myself while my bf left to park his car. Thankfully, they resolved it ten minutes later.||||The studio was a decent size, and adequate for one or two guests. It is Hong Kong, so don't expect anything big. As compared to Harbourview Place in Kowloon which I have stayed for 9 months, this place is nothing in comparison. Daily housekeeping service leaves much to be desired. The cleaning done hits the average mark at best. I could still see marks on my bowls and utensils, so I usually give them a second round of washing before use. Also, they do not bother to keep the pots and utensils after wash, and simply left them on the table. There is no washing machine in the room, so laundry has to be done on the 3rd floor common laundry room. This can be slightly inconvenient. Towel change is twice weekly. When I left the towel on the floor, they simply folded it and left it on the shelf again. Not too sure what to say about that. The roll up blinds used are not adequate to cover up windows. People in the neighbouring building can easily look in through the gaps. In addition, the room seem to be infested with silverfish bugs. I killed at least 3 in the past 4 days! Quite disgusted. Glad that I will be out of here in 3 weeks time. Definitely not coming back again for sure!!!!

I lived in one of their rooms for a good 2 months time. The room size is surprisingly good according to Hong Kong norms. The best thing that I liked about Como Como is the location, it is situated right in the middle of everything, restaurants, shopping anything you want.

Так получилось, что мне довелось жить здесь порядка 10 месяцев.||Впечатления в большинстве своем остались хорошие.||Расположение - это самое сердце островной части Гонконга, где сосредоточено множество магазинов. ресторанов и т.п. - найти можно почти всё, причем в шаговой доступности. Вокруг (в районе) живет много иностранцев. Правда есть в этом и обратная сторона - на улице постоянно шумно (даже в 3-4 часа утра!). Но я привык к этому за неделю и особых неудобств не испытывал.||Персонал вежлив, хорошо говорит по-английски. Ежедневная уборка комнат - постоянная чистота очень радовала. ||Есть небольшой спортзал (до уровня спортклуба ему, конечно, далеко, но вполне хватает, чтобы быть в форме). Народ одновременно со смной в доме жил ленивый и 80% занятий спортом проходили в одиночестве, что, несомненно, плюс. ||Также стоит кофе-машина (на одном этаже с ресепшн) с бесплатным кофе, по воскресеньям можно наслаждаться бесплатным завтраком "за счет заведения" - главное заставить себя не залеживаться в кровати:)
