The location is convenient and reception is good too. Room is reasonable comfortable but the water pressure is a bit low hence need longer time for shower. Breakfast spread is not as sumptuous and they do not provide fork and knife on table but must request for it. Western food quality is not as good and only got one coffee machine. Too much local food in my opinion. Generally it's still a good choice but need improvement.

Stay for 5 nites at the family room for 3pax in April 24, Rooms size is good for 3 adults, I slept on single bed which was bit hard for me . The bed is at a corner beside the wall n is facing the window next to the coffee bar . Every morning woke up by the morning sunlight seeping in from the window edge behind the blackout curtain as the curtain is not long enough to block out the light totally. Feel abit annoy with that bed location though. Another downside is the worst breakfast ever had as is so so boring n not much choices at all. On top of it, food available is so oily n tasteless. As for location wise is near the market and hv few shops selling food at the alley nearby the hotel.

Hilton Garden Inn Lijiang is located 1.4 km from Dayan Ancient Town North entrance where the water wheel is located. Taxi fare from the taxi station near the North entrance back to hotel was about 12 yuan. Bus stop for Bus 8A which terminates at Lijiang Bus Station is 220 m from hotel (After exiting hotel, turn right)|Although the hotel is by Shangrila Avenue, it was quiet. We were on the 9th floor and during the night we opened the window to let in cool air, we did not hear any noise (In winter, the air-conditioner was on heater mode)|Room was clean, a kettle and teabags and coffee sachet was provided. Buffet breakfast has wide varieties. Fried rice, fried noodles, stir fried vegetables, baked bean, porridge, soup noodles, bread, pastry, bun, cakes, steamed corn and sweet potatoes, tea, coffee machine, juice, fruits (cut and whole), cereal, yogurt, etc|Staff friendly and helpful.|Eateries are plentiful along Jingxing street perpendicular to Shangrila Avenue, 350 m N from hotel (The entrance arch on the right marks the beginning of the street).

丽江实力希尔顿花园酒店距离水车所在的大研古城北入口有1.4公里。从北入口附近的出租车站返回酒店的出租车费约为12元。到达丽江汽车站的8A路公交车站距酒店220m（出酒店后右转）|酒店虽然在香格里拉大道旁，但很安静。我们住在9楼，晚上开窗通风，没有听到任何噪音（冬天空调是制热模式）|房间很干净，有水壶、袋泡茶和咖啡提供了小袋。自助早餐品种丰富。炒饭、炒面、炒菜、焗豆、粥、汤面、面包、糕点、包子、蛋糕、蒸玉米和红薯、茶、咖啡机、果汁、水果（切块和整个）、麦片、酸奶、等|工作人员友好、乐于助人。|沿与香格里拉大道垂直的景星街上有很多餐馆，距酒店以北 350 m（右侧的入口拱门标志着街道的起点）。

The reception service staff is very good. The hotel is very convenient to travel. When I went to stay on the first day, I encountered loud noises all night and stayed on the top floor. But in the morning I came down to change to a new room and considered the service to be good.

前台服务人员态度很好。酒店出行非常方便。第一天去入住的时候，整晚都遇到很大的噪音，住的是顶楼。但早上下来换了新房间，觉得服务不错。

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lijiang was marvellous. The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff provided exceptional service. Ms. Lucy Zi from the front desk staff was extremely friendly, helpful, patient and professional. She helped us booking a transfer to the airport and made sure we could extend our check-out to the departure time of our transfer. Ms. Lucy made us feel like highly valued guests and this is what great service is all about.

Mia at the front service desk was very helpful and welcoming. We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Garden Inn. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed 2 nights / 2 rooms with family during mid of lunar new year. During check in one of the customers checking in was smoking and the staffs did not intervene. My room faced a small lane with eateries and it was very noisy with people chatting and smoking till wee hours. As the heater was too warmer we had no choice but to open our small window but the smoke gets in our room. My wife and I struggled and our sleep quality was bad. Our kids room on the opposite side faced a car park and it was much better so my advise to fellow travellers is to ask for room away from the lane. We did however enjoy our dining at the restaurant. The breakfast was a good spread. As it was CNY we had both our dinner there and enjoyed the food. Overall the staffs were friendly |I feedback the issue to the service desk at check out and they promptly presented 2 small gifts as apologies. We appreciated the gesture.

农历新年期间与家人一起住了 2 晚/2 间客房。办理入住手续时，一名办理入住的顾客正在吸烟，工作人员没有干预。我的房间面对一条小巷，里面有餐馆，很吵，人们聊天、抽烟直到凌晨。由于加热器太热，我们别无选择，只能打开小窗户，但烟雾进入了我们的房间。我和我的妻子很挣扎，睡眠质量很差。我们的儿童房位于对面的一个停车场，情况要好得多，所以我对其他旅客的建议是要求远离车道的房间。不过我们确实很喜欢在餐厅用餐。早餐很丰盛。因为是农历新年，我们在那里吃了晚餐并享受了食物。总的来说，工作人员很友好|我在退房时向服务台反馈了这个问题，他们立即赠送了 2 个小礼物作为歉意。我们对这一举动表示赞赏。

前一天在其他酒店有了不好的体验，因此在第二天选择了这家酒店，前台服务员非常专业办理入住手续非常便捷，给的房间在七楼，整体卫生情况不错，在酒店度过了一个舒适的晚上。第二天早餐也非常丰盛，是出行旅游的不二之选
