This hotel is perfect for those seeking to take a break from the usual crowds. It's a big property in a quaint village, surrounded by beautiful nature. Our room was more like a two storey villa, with the living quarter upstairs and dressings room, washrooms downstairs, made in old ******* style but with all the modern amenities tastefully integrated into the settings. I specifically loved the stream Infront of the hotel, taking a walk by it was amazing. A special shout-out to Murray and Dolma for making our stay special. Would love to come back here to experience another season!

We booked a family ******* house with two bedrooms. It was perfect and beautiful. The view from the house is super pretty. The house is huge 350sqm filled with all amenity you could ask for. The bathroom has huge copper tube. The hotel staff are all very nice and attentive. We love the place very much. Breakfast is also great with lots of variety to choose from. Staff at the restaurants are very friendly and helpful. The room is spotlessly clean. The complementary photoshooting session was fun.

The hotel is set in a secluded but serene and beautiful. The ground is a destination in itself. The ******* farmhouse room is a huge 2-story house with everything you need but in the luxurious yet rustic charm decoration. The service is impeccable. Everyone loves their job.

What a place! A gorgeous ******* style hotel in a fantastic wild location. Our villa made us feel like royalty and outside the door was a beautiful river valley to walk through full of animals. The service that Kendrick gave us was impeccable and he took care of everything we wanted including changing our flights. of course we had a wonderful time living in traditional luxury.

來到香格里拉做的最正確的決定就是選擇了悅榕莊入住。沒想到體驗感如此地好！工作人員都非常地nice,每天看著他們盡心盡職面帶笑容對著我們，所有的不快樂和煩惱都拋之于腦後了。特別是kendrick.Murry對我們真的太太太好了,24小時stand by，非常貼心，因為天氣太乾，加濕器放了三台到我們房間裡，早班機離開準備好早餐告訴我們帶去機場～去了很多頂級酒店入住，這次體驗好感程度能排的上前三名了。再次感謝kendrick.Murry～

Despite the lack of greenery or floral scenery, our stay at the antique independent “bungalow” was made special by the warm welcome and excellent service from the manager, staff, and especially our housekeeper, ZhangLei! He was consistently attentive and caring towards us throughout our stay. Zhanglei also went above and beyond by protecting us from potential scammers, demonstrating his commi**ent to our safety and comfort throughout our stay. We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The service was top notch and the food was delicious. A peaceful experience for the mind and body especially for city dwellers . Banyan Tree lives up to its high standard and reputation.
