Mutianyu Great Wall Hotel

Great location nearest to the ticket area. But you can get tickets directly from hotel reception and use your passport to enter the gantry as well as ride the cable car. Decent food at the restaurant. Nice playground for kids including 3 slides, 2 small trampolines and many swings. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Hot water is nice. Enjoyed the night scenery at the great wall.

What a gem of a place. Location cant get any better, minutes walk from The Wall. The owner and the housekeeper are kind, welcoming and resourceful. The room is beautifully decorated and comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought and care was put into this house. The breakfast is delicious. The local eatery serves great meals and drinks. Everyone in this village is very friendly, and I would love to come back again.

真是一个宝石般的地方。位置再好不过了，步行几分钟就能到达长城。业主和管家友善、热情、足智多谋。房间装饰精美，舒适。可以看出，这座房子投入了很多心思和关怀。早餐很美味。当地的餐馆供应美味的餐点和饮料。这个村子里的每个人都非常友好，我很想再次回来。

The best hotel! Convenient with easy access to great wall and helpful staff who kindly brought hot water for us in the cold weather! Upgraded us too. Room was nice, comfortable and clean! There is nothing for us to fuss about! Worth the stay and I would go back again if I going mutianyu great wall again! I enjoyed myself very much and wish to stay longer! The cats are cute too!

最好的酒店！交通便利，可轻松前往长城，乐于助人的工作人员在寒冷的天气里为我们送来了热水！也给我们升级了。房间不错，舒适又干净！我们没有什么可大惊小怪的！值得入住，如果我再去慕田峪长城，我会再次回去！我玩得很开心，希望呆得更久！猫们也很可爱！

Arrived in the late evening and got a upgraded to a family room to our surprise! Excellent service, staff go out of their way to help you here despite language barrier. 5 minute walk to the Cable car and the car lift is directly opposite the hotel to the Mutianyu great wall. Breakfast was a delight! Very comfortable stay

This hotel is absolutely amazing if you want to spend longer than a few hours at The Wall. It’s nestled just at the bottom of the cable car area. Despite not speaking English the staff went out of their way to help us and service was great. We had two young kids with us and the hotel is super family friendly. The playground is awesome! Food in restaurant was wonderful and we would recommend this place to anyone. The only issue we had was that our didi (taxi) refused to take us any further up the mountain and left us 1.5 miles away due to road closures for CNY - so we had to get an unexpected shuttle bus which was a faff - it would have been great to know about this prior.

Would be nice if staff could communicate in English ;)Breakfast was horrible, sorry, not prepared for visitors from other countries. Would have been nice to at least have a buffet with options… Location and quietness was great.Very convenient to be right in front of the lifts to access the walls.

租车自驾游，这家酒店真的是起及方便就在幕田峪入口，包門票🎟️上山有三个方法，纜車，飛索，步行，下山多了一個滑道可選，入住时給我們升級了房間超級無敵開心🥳，服務員態度非常好👍下车幫手提行李箱走時又送你上车服務得很到位，將你環境優美適合大人細路，有成層樓高嘅瀡滑梯，係類似古舊四合院嘅建築改建嘅酒店，時尚與古典嘅結合。花園還有很多貓在玩耍。如果安排去呢遊覽幕田峪非常推薦入住

Excellent service staff at reception, restaurant, and coffee shop. Location is excellent for visiting the Great Wall as the ticket office is just opposite the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable and warm. Floor heating was excellent and we had an overall great stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
