位置在西岭后山山脚交通索道的旁边，去的时候也许因为淡季的原因酒店人气比较差，也没有自己的停车场，不过好在旁边是景点提供的收费停车场。服务很一般，标间也很小，所谓的温泉泳池是干的。菜品味道偏差，早餐更是单调的可怜，只有包子、咸菜、粥和煮鸡蛋。跟滑雪场的几家比起来酒店设施很新，但下次去可能不会考虑入住了。

酒店离游客中心和索道很近，但是周边没有景点和商店，晚上几乎没法出去逛逛，只能在房间里面打发时间。房间不提供一次性拖鞋，不人性化。并且床上没有电热毯，冬天晚上被子很潮，空调效果也不怎么不好，热水也很不稳定，晚上基本上冷得没怎么睡着，建议还是夏天再去。周边可供吃饭的小店几乎没有，酒店点餐的话基本上是白菜卖成肉价钱，很坑爹的。

酒店采用的是地暖供热，很暖和的，一进酒店的大门就能感觉到温暖的。地暖还有温泉都是这个酒店的卖点，酒店的价格在春节的时候就会比平时贵一些。不过服务上还是可以的，房间的布局就是属于一般的。酒店有提供免费的早餐，而且上次我还赶上酒店举行的篝火晚会了，就在酒店的门口，很热闹的。

酒店的一大亮点在于，在雪山之中温泉．而且水温非常热．西岭雪山一年四季常年积雪，推开窗外便是白茫茫的一片．下楼就可以玩雪，打雪仗．非常舒服．酒店是三星的．也很干净．

在山上边，离滑雪场不远。交通不太方便，从上边没有直达上边的车，有缆车可以上去。价格太高了，太不划算了。不会推荐。环境还不错，服务员服务态度不怎么样，问一句答一句，有爱住不住的那种感觉。

周边环境当然不用说咯。白雪皑皑的世界。最美的就是晚上看灯下的雪花，真的有种不真实的感觉。还有就是早上起床，外面飘着雪，屋里看着暖气。喝一杯水，是在童话里么~~~

To the Editor: Please note that Xiling Xueshan Skiing Park has a number of hotels. The hotel I am reviewing is Maple Hotel, not Shandi Holiday Hotel.||||Maple Hotel, Xiling Snow Mt Ski Park, (http://www.fengyejiudian.com, tel [--]), Dayi County, Sichuan, China :||Our tour group of relatives and friends stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in Dec 2010. The room I had was very spacious and had a sitting area. There were 2 very powerful heaters, with good temperature control, one in the bedroom and the other in the sitting area.||||The hotel had good facilities but was poorly managed. Its staff did not bother to remove snow from the driveway, so had to alight and unload luggage at the road.||||Most of the lamps in my hotel room were not working, a few were not connected to the power points, one had its bulb blown and one's power point was used for the thermal blanket of the extra bed. The sink was partially choked. Although we had 3 registered persons in the room, there was only a partially used thin roll of toilet paper, which soon ran out. The room had only 2 sets of towels although we had paid for 3 persons.||||Hot water was available only from 7:30 am to 9:00 am and from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm.||||The telephone did not work throughout our stay there, and it was too cold to walk to the reception area (because the walkway was not enclosed), so we decided to complain the following morning. ||||Before we left for skiing in the morning of the second day, I went to the hotel reception counter and told the receptionist the list of the above items which needed to be rectified. A housekeeping supervisor happened to be there, so the receptionist translated my request to her. However that evening, when we returned from skiing, I found that none of the items I had complained about were rectified. It was only after my second complaint that the items were rectified.||||One good point of the hotel is that it is within easy walking distance to the skiing area. Moreover we had no complaint about the breakfasts and dinners we had at the hotel.

致编辑：请注意，西岭雪山滑雪公园内有多家酒店。我评论的酒店是枫叶酒店，而非善地假日酒店。||||枫叶酒店，西岭雪山滑雪公园（http://www.fengyejiudian.com，电话[--]），四川省大邑县：||我们一行亲友于2010年12月在这家酒店住了三晚。我住的房间非常宽敞，带有一个休息区。房间里有两台功率强劲的暖气，温度控制也很好，一台在卧室，另一台在休息区。||||酒店设施不错，但管理很差。工作人员没有清理车道上的积雪，所以我们不得不下车在路边卸行李。||||我房间里的大部分灯都坏了，有些灯没有接电源，一个灯泡坏了，还有一个插座被加床的保温毯占用了。水槽部分堵塞。虽然房间里登记了3位客人，但只有一卷用了一半的薄卫生纸，很快就用完了。房间里只有两套毛巾，而我们付的是3人房费。热水供应时间只有早上7:30到9:00以及晚上8:00到10:00。我们入住期间电话一直无法使用，而且走到前台太冷（因为走廊没有封闭），所以我们决定第二天早上投诉。第二天早上我们去滑雪之前，我去了酒店前台，把上面提到的需要改进的地方都告诉了接待员。正好有一位客房主管在，接待员就把我的要求翻译给了她。然而，那天晚上我们滑雪回来后，我发现我投诉的问题一个都没解决。直到我第二次投诉后，问题才得到解决。||||这家酒店的一个优点是步行即可轻松到达滑雪场。此外，我们对酒店的早餐和晚餐没有任何不满。
