九寨沟喜来登国际大酒店

Hotel is well located however not exactly "just outside Jiuzhaigou. Park Entrance" as advertised. It is a 10 minute cab ride to the entrance. Hardware in the hotel is worn and dated, though mostly functional. Could use additional lighting in the rooms as they were quite dark, as well as additional outlets. Booked a king bed room which had only one bedside night table-and when I inquired about the missing night table was told that one bed rooms usually have one night table while twin bed room would have two. (Staff later followed up and advised table was out for repair, and they did offer to switch rooms but we were already settled in). Staff was very hospitable and friendly but could benefit from additional training. Staff came up to borrow our passports after check in to be re-copied as evidently first copies were not acceptable. Room safe required several visits from maintenance as it was an old model and we were unable to open it several a times. Breakfast was fine- nothing extraordinary- but made to order eggs were the highlight. Can compare with Intercontinental (see review) - Sheraton is indeed closer to park but older and does not offer the facilities provided by the Intercontinental.

酒店位置优越，但并不完全像广告中所说的“就在九寨沟外面。公园入口”。乘坐出租车 10 分钟即可到达入口。 酒店的硬件虽然大部分功能齐全，但已经破旧过时。房间里很暗，可以使用额外的照明，以及额外的插座。预订了一间特大号床房，只有一张床头柜，当我询问缺少床头柜的情况时，他们告诉我，一张床房通常有一张床头柜，而双床房则有两张床头柜。 （工作人员后来跟进并告知桌子需要修理，他们确实提出换房间，但我们已经安顿下来了）。工作人员非常热情友好，但可以从额外的培训中受益。办理入住后，工作人员上来借了我们的护照，以便重新复印，因为显然第一份复印件是不可接受的。房间保险箱需要多次维修，因为它是旧型号，我们多次无法打开它。早餐很好——没什么特别的——但定制的鸡蛋是亮点。 可以和洲际酒店比较（见评论）——喜来登确实离公园更近，但是比较老旧，而且没有洲际酒店提供的设施。

上周刚入住的，去之前在网上查了很多评论，很多都说酒店太旧。但是考虑到位置因素，旺季住天堂洲际太不方便，堵车都要堵两三个小时。所以权衡利弊，还是选了喜来登。 一下车，礼宾员就热情的接过了行李，初步印象不错。前台的妹妹长得很漂亮，办理速度也很快。我订的是促销价格，前台还送了一张50元的自助餐抵扣券和一张50元的浴足抵扣券。

I stayed here for two nights with a packaged tour in mid January, 2015. I was the only one who used its swimming pool in the evening. I recall I had a good chat with the public relations manager there and I thought of revisiting but for the recent M:7 earthquake in the vicinity.

Disgraceful, not a 5 star , were do I begin....front desk staff was or biggest problem .....trew out or four night stay....so rude...constantly laughing at us ....directly in front of us....and refusing to do anything we asked in fact they will do the complete opposite for you.....in spite....they will always tell you they have no English....this is not the case as I confronted them on the last day at check out after seeing them typing on an English keyboard and hearing her them speaking perfect English....they then said sory and stopped laughing and spoke perfectly.....but they then purposely charged our deposit to or card instead of refunding it after a hole lot of messing and confusin purposely .....they have ripped us of and taken out extra transactions on my cards than they shud have .....(didn't expect this from 5star Sheraton)many outher problems also...

可耻的，不是五星级的，我该开始吗……前台工作人员是最大的问题……拖了出去或住了四晚……太粗鲁了……不断地嘲笑我们……直接在我们面前......并且拒绝做我们要求的任何事情事实上他们会为你做完全相反的事情......尽管......他们总是会告诉你他们不会英语......事实并非如此，因为我在最后一天退房时看到他们在英文键盘上打字并听到她说着完美的英语后遇到了他们......然后他们说对不起并停止笑并说得很完美......但他们随后故意将我们的押金记入或卡上，而不是在故意造成大量混乱和混乱后退还……他们剥夺了我们的权利，并在我的卡上提取了比他们应该做的更多的交易…… （没想到五星级喜来登酒店会这样）还有许多其他问题......
