东方儒家花园酒店

This hotel is interesting in its Oriental decor with a Confucious theme. The guest room even displays sets of Confucious book volumes for reading! The bedroom is clean but we didn't get a non-smoking room, our room also happens to face the corridor opposite and the curtain has to be closed for privacy. When we tried to ask the reception for a map and restaurants to recommend in the vicinity, they didn't have a map to provide us and was not able to give us useful recommendation. Finally, we were in a hurry in the morning to check out, but if there is more time, it should be quite nice to take a walk in the garden grounds.

这家酒店以孔子为主题的东方装饰很有趣。客房内还摆放着成套的孔子书籍可供阅读！卧室很干净，但我们没有订到无烟房，我们的房间也正好面向对面的走廊，为了隐私必须拉上窗帘。当我们试图向接待处索要地图和附近推荐的餐馆时，他们没有地图可以提供给我们，也无法为我们提供有用的推荐。最后，我们早上急着退房，不过如果时间充裕的话，在花园里散散步应该也不错。

2016七月下旬，從煙台到曲阜時己是晚上九點多，因為第一次到曲阜，在車站上搭上一台湊客的計程車，原本20分左右的車程，結果折騰了一個小時才到。十點多的櫃台，燈光暗暗的，憑良心說，第一眼的感覺很不好；這酒店頗大的，晚上也沒服務生領房，肚子餓了，也沒方便面，飯店週遭小店都關門了，餓了一晚，這也是我沒有給它少一個燈的原因。||但是在第二天清晨起來後，雖然大雨不停，看到窗外景色，亭園池塘，假山則別有特色，旁邊的孔子研究院，整個環境，跟晚上完全不同，豁然開朗，完全別有特色。||房間設施在國內來說，雖然仍有進步空間，但仍有一定水準；服務尚稱親切；位置不錯。||綜合上述經驗，不要太晚入住，下次到曲阜時，我仍會選擇這個有特色的酒店。

没想到在曲阜会有这样的酒店，刚刚开业，房间的设施很新，房间的布置也很有特色，床非常舒服，酒店整体的装修业很有特色，叫做东方儒家花园酒店名副其实，酒店的自助餐很好，基本达到了5星级酒店的水准，房间非常安静，有室外的游泳池，性价比很高，服务人员也非常好。如果非要说缺点，只有一个酒店比较大，房间太多容易迷路，我超级喜欢这种有特色的新酒店。

该酒店号称曲阜最好酒店，满怀期待入住该酒店，到了酒店门口没有门童，办入住态度有待提高。房间面积相对较小，空间小就小了，最不能忍受的是1、浴袍上面有不少长头发2、房间温度一开始只有13度打开空调两小时房间温度竟然下降了，打电话问前台竟然告诉我暖风空调停了，没办法只能挨冻，期待曲阜香格里拉尽快开业。

東方儒家花園酒店；緊鄰著、儒學會堂、儒學會館、中國儒風書畫藝術研究院、孔子研究院（就如是酒店的後院）。去孔府、孔廟、孔林、火車站也很近、附近道地小吃美餚很不錯！||東方儒家花園酒店內的人員素質高、服務效率快！訽問機票、代叫計程車、旅遊資訊、飯店網路內上網……||東方儒家花園酒店內的自助餐，有近百種的美餚、和美酒、可任自已喜歡選用||每客才人民幣68元!很實惠！

It's good value for money. The lobby was modern. The room had a oriental fee and was modern and clean. There was Internet connection by cable by no wifi. The bed was comfortable. There were quite a few books about Confucian in the room which the guests can buy. There was power socket next to the bed side.

这是物有所值的。大堂很现代。 房间有东方风情，现代而干净。没有无线网络，只能通过电缆连接互联网。床很舒服。 房间里有不少儒家书籍可供客人购买。 床边有电源插座。

This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel - the service is horrible here. When we checked out, the maid and front desk claimed that we had stained the towel in the room and it could not be cleaned, so they had to charge 100RMB for one towel (which was old and ratty as it was). We were incredulous that a self-proclaimed 4-star hotel would even bother a guest with something like this - haven't they heard of bleach? They had taken 800RMB in deposit upon check in so there was nothing we could do. Then we asked for the towel since we were essentially "buying" it and they said it would cost extra if we wanted to take the stained towel -- how does that make any sense at all? Finally, they agreed to give the stained towel (we only took it out of principle). Of course when we got home and bleached it using regular bleach, the stain came right out. Basically they stole 100RMB from us. Horrible.||||Also, their restaurant closes at 7:30pm on a Saturday night and there are no sanitary food options close by. Their breakfast is also not good - cold buns and servers who have an attitude problem. ||||I hope the manager of the hotel reads this and properly trains his employees to provide real 4-star service to their guests.

这家酒店不是四星级酒店——这里的服务很糟糕。退房时，服务员和前台说我们把房间里的毛巾弄脏了，而且无法清洗，所以要收100元一条毛巾（毛巾又旧又破）。我们难以置信，一家自称为四星级的酒店竟然会用这样的事情来打扰客人——他们难道没有听说过漂白剂吗？办理入住时他们收了800元押金，所以我们无能为力。然后我们要了毛巾，因为我们本质上是“购买”它，他们说如果我们想拿走脏毛巾，需要额外付费——这有什么意义呢？最后，他们同意把脏毛巾给了（我们只是出于原则才把它拿走的）。当然，当我们回到家并用普通漂白剂漂白时，污渍就消失了。基本上他们偷了我们100元。太可怕了。||||此外，他们的餐厅周六晚上 7:30 关门，附近也没有卫生的食物可供选择。他们的早餐也不好——冷面包和服务员态度有问题。 ||||我希望酒店经理能读到这篇文章并正确培训他的员工，为客人提供真正的四星级服务。

看了豪华标准房间后入住的，价格400带早餐。店内有茶吧，无酒吧。总体很不错，4星水平，细节在提升一点，差不多准五星级了。在曲阜，这家酒店很号了，安全感强，放心、放松。
