We stayed in a superior suite and it was good. Door man was consistent in opening the door for us making our trip on Didi feels much safer (like someone seeing us into the cab) Rooms were thoughtfully furnish with thoughtful details like a round flexible mirror for make up, drainage in the bathroom with anti slip floor and mat, strong pressure water. Toilet bowl with bidet and good tornado auto flush. We had a Nespresso machine in our room with no pods, which is strange. 4 bottles of waters and 4 types of soda drinks in the fridge which they refilled daily. Room service is delivered with a robot, and there are racks outside the hotel door if you order delivery However there was a few amenities lacking like lack of sanitary bag for the first day and as we were in a suite expecting at least a fruit platter. Area is well lit with lots of people drinking late at night, there is a big common area right across the street with many locals gathering for recreational activities Breakfast was nice for Chinese food not so much on English (cheese and ham platter was lacking in taste) 30 mins to Coco park and an hour to longkang. From HK airport to here takes 1-1.5hr, not very accessible

酒店舒適整潔，床好舒服。近海雅繽紛城，步行10分鐘到達。去壹方城購物中心和前海HOP天地，車程10分鐘。

因為這個品牌,訂購了自助晚餐,食物質素非常一般,海鮮長腳蟹、琵琶蝦淡然無味、龍躉湯魚腥味大.....其他熟食味道也不好,牛仔肉過熟

Firstly, for some reason there are a lot of photos uploaded by the management which don't seem to reflect anything. i think they are probably from the early designs of the hotel, because the actual hotel looks nothing like them; not that there's anything wrong with them||anyway, my stay was pretty pleasant. i feel like i got a pretty good room, and the staff was generally pretty helpful. i think the hotel itself is quite new, so you'll definitely enjoy the place itself.||there are also some other facilities here like a dining room and the gym. oh, and there's also some cable television, such as CNN, bloomberg, and even a movie channel||the only con i can think of it's perhaps not related to the hotel itself, but the fact that this place isn't really close to the train station, and isn't too close to anything super common for tourists to do, so you'll probably have to spend some time getting to and from.

房間很乾淨，裝修風格舒服，大電視看著很爽。早餐種類很多，味道不錯，艾希服務用心，希望以後還有機會再來入住！

這次深圳短遊，是太太選擇了這家國際品牌酒店，超讚！！！环境：一入房間，悅耳動聽的意樂，使我设施：新裝潢，時尚豪華，還加入了新 Robotics系統，由它代勞送物件，特別是叫門時，感覺好親切，一點不帶有尷尬，反而小孩一直想再點些東東，好讓‘’它‘’再次出現。服务：印象最深的， 是酒店經理Mr. Eric的恰當的語速講解及細緻入微的服務，使我感到‘’真正‘’國際品牌的級別。卫生：全新，而且超喜歡沐浴室及廁所超舒服，空間很大。服务：從下車到進門口，服務員的招待及微笑，給我感覺到是真心真誠的歡迎！謝謝給與這樣棒的體驗，下次一定再來！

位置較偏，唯一近大型商場叫海雅商場。而酒店不近地鐵站，整體出入要靠的士。房間乾淨、睡床很舒服，並不是軟、是有乘托力的。早餐話得生滾粥好食，其他食物就味道一般和食物選擇不多。另值得一讚是大堂服務員服務很到位！很親和、有禮貌！若懂得坐公車的話，可選擇它，但只懂地鐵的話，就不建議住這間了！

Room 1302. Clean, spacious room. Shower had strong water pressure. Breakfast buffet was awesome, plentiful. Same location for dinner was empty and service was not great. Tough to communicate if you don't know Mandarin. None of the hotel employees we dealt with spoke any English (check-in agents, bartender in lobby lounge, breakfast hostess, dinner waiter).

1302房间。房间干净、宽敞。淋浴的水压很强。自助早餐很棒，很丰富。吃晚餐的同一地点是空的，服务也不是很好。如果你不懂普通话，沟通会很困难。我们接触过的酒店员工都不会说英语（登记入住人员、大堂酒廊的调酒师、早餐女服务员、晚餐服务员）。
