The service is impeccable, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, The dining options at the hotel were also outstanding, offering a diverse range of delicious cuisines to cater to every palate.What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. they even upgraded our room to a bigger one as we are a loyal customer of this hotelOverall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. Everything about this hotel is incredible. The rooms are the nicest I've ever stayed in. In the US, you won't find nicer rooms under $500USD per night. The buffet on the main floor is excellent, with incredible service and incredible variety and quality. I was completely blown away. The restaurant on one of the middle floors is of incredible quality. The food and service are on another level. I can't give high enough praise to the staff. The level of professionalism was unmatched. Even the music played throughout the halls and lobby is beautiful. The hotel is also in a nice area, and in my experience foreigners can feel safe and comfortable walking around the area exploring the city.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms with sufficient amenities. However, due to the limited English-speaking staff, they tend to put you on hold for several minutes when you call for assistance. This was my second time staying here. Last time, the pool was closed for a few days during my stay. This time I was provided the pool timings but not informed the pool itself was shutdown until May

值得推介酒店，这次太太生日，酒店幫佈置，床墊十分舒服。花灑🚿水好夠，保安方面很安全，環境衛生很干淨，走廊上遇到服務員很有禮貌主動問好！雖然周圍有很多間酒店可能價錢會便宜一點，但如果比較真的檔次不一樣。唯一要給酒店提點意見，要與時並進，需要個智能机噐人帮忙送外賣到房間，或者专请位服務員送，這样每位客人就不用自己到大堂樓下取餐。

衞生很好，房間有電動窗簾，有輕微噪音但不影響休息。早餐物品充足。價錢很合理。每天有生果供應，另外還可以潻加。**外賣也可以放在大堂。有機會會再回來。

整體很滿意。有5星水準。房間清潔。睡眠舒適。服務很暖心。早餐很豐富很西化。房間服務很專業，尤其是服務員胡賽文很盡責很體貼，還贈送了2杯柚子蜜汁給我們。我已經是這間酒店的常客。以後還會繼續入住

上年住過一次很滿意，今年也直接訂這里，但不知道為什麼這次超多蚊子，一整晚俾蚊子狂咬，插電蚊液都沒用，除了蚊子什麼都好。
