Good place to stay if you have an early flight out. Lots of attractive-looking places to eat in the streets behind the hotel where there is a lively shopping area. (But take your iTranslate App.) My room 808 was clean and comfortable - and surprisingly quiet as I could easily see the airport just over the road. (But then I always travel with those silicone ear plugs.) Air conditioning worked well. WiFi just about good enough for Skype. Ten mins on free hourly shuttle to airport. Service good. English spoken. No breakfast, but airport has places for that. Very happy customer. Recommended.

I stayed over for 1 night. Arrived late at night around 1 am. Night staff generally does not speak English but was very helpful. He called someone who knew English for help as I had to book a taxi for the morning. But it took 1.5 hours just to chack in and book a taxi for the morning with all the translations. Morning staff was quite efficient in English and helped book the taxi within 5 minutes. Standard room was fine. Lots of breakfast options in the street nearby hotel if you are fine with exploring street food. Taxi service within hotel is really expensive, so avoid it and use red/green taxis.

Staff was helpful. There is a free shuttle bus from the airport. |Enter the hotel lobby and will have the though if I’ve make the wrong choice. The lobby is abit run down. However the rooms were ok. Acceptable to my family. There are convenient stall at the back of the hotel. Breakfast not a problem as there are stalls selling food behind the hotels as well. The hotel even let us pull our Big luggage at the hotel for 2 days free. Nice hotel for family and short stay|

The hotel's by no means withing a walking distance of the airport, we had some trouble making sure the cabby driver was taking us to the right place as it turned out to be a 15-minute drive. As to the rest, the hotel was clean, there's everything in the room you might need like toiletries and a hair dryer. No breakfast, however, there's an eatery very close to it, their menu has pictures. Surprisingly, it's way cheaper to book a room on sites like booking.com, the price's considerably higher in the hotel. Staff speak some functional English, there's also a shuttle bus running to/from the airport every hour. Unusual western-themed exterior and lobby interior.

Lack of fluent English speakers at reception. Flew into T3 and was somewhat of a nightmare trying to figure out over the phone with my broken Mandarin when and where to meet the shuttle. Somehow we connected with the shuttle driver, amazingly. For those flying into terminal 3, I would recommend calling the hotel to let them know when you'll be arriving (if they can understand you). (If you have WeChat, add the hotel as a contact and they'll be able to translate whatever messages you send them into Chinese.) We were told to head to gate 15. From the 2nd floor, we took the escalator down to the passenger pick-up area and walked left towards a small police booth. If you keep going straight past it, you'll cross a small street and there's a parking lot for shuttles to wait. Make sure you get on the correct Vienna Hotel shuttle because there is more than one such-named hotel. I hope this saves someone the headache I dealt with! Hotel itself is nice. It looks horrible from the outside, but the rooms themselves are very decent. I appreciate that there's a little snack shop next to reception instead of the usual vending machines with extremely limited selections.

Because of the new terminal this is no longer in walking distance and now 10-15min by taxi (green taxi). The hotel has been recently decorated and is clean with confortable beds. No restaurant but plenty of places round the corner to eat. there is a shuttle bus service to the airport. The hotel is surrounded by parcel companies so there can be some noise in early in the morning. Otherwise fine if you need to be near the airport
