昌安假日酒店

床頭燈是壞的，關不了。電視機型號老舊，遙控操控不了。早餐超虧，種類不多，環境又髒，新食物還沒上桌就被排隊的人蜂擁而至搶光了，超可拍，蝗蟲過境一樣。

離拱北關口有些距離，而且酒店往關口方向挺堵車。酒店設備有點老舊了，空調運作聲有點大。但服務員態度非常好，令整體評分提升，總評價7.0分

這一家酒店房間設施破舊廁所漏水，窗邊又有漏水，房間插頭破爛充電線又是壞的，在網上看見這間是四星級酒店應該冇問題，但入住後看見房間裝修同設施非常失望，我一點都不明白這間酒店到現在怎麼可以是四星級酒店呢？感覺這間酒店連公寓都不如⋯⋯

酒店地点安靜，但有很多餐馆在附近，挺方便，房间足够大，床舒服，可以睡得很好，唯房间燈光难以操控

煙味太重，房間霉味很重.廁所的角落都是黴菌，浴室推門膠條脫落.連最基本的洗衣袋都沒有.這個價位是這種品質的話.極度不推.

This was a quick arrangement and we figured with the name "holiday Inn" at the end of its name and being a 5 Star hotel it would be a great at 320¥ a night. To our shock it was not a bargain but I felt cheated. ||||First thing which was clear it was not a Holiday Inn but I was called Zuhai Chang'an Holiday Hotel. Now the lobby was beautiful, something classical and not too bad. The location was in the middle of everything, shopping, tourist attraction and a park. ||||When we arrived in our room we were welcomed by the smell of old cigarettes and dirty floors and bed sheets. We asked for another room but they said no because the other rooms where near a convention and it would be too noisy. |||| The bathroom had make up left behind by another occupant and we where not happy that the housekeeping did not do their due diligence when cleaning the room. We called housekeeping and they came up right away to clean the room again. ||||I will recommend the spa which is typical Chinese and good value. My partner and I had a joint massage and it was fun and relaxing. Then men are required to wear throw away underwear, not a problem but they don't come is a size bigger then 34 waist. ||||The breakfast was the worst of all. If you are a foreigner then you are stuck with typical Chinese food (lunch and dinner). I like Chinese food but the food was cold and the selection was very poor. They did not have eggs, toast, yogurt or anything a typical westerners would want to eat. If you have the breakfast I suggest you eat somewhere else. ||||Overall my rating is fare. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. They made me feel welcomed and did their best to accommodate us. But this is nowhere near a 5 start rating and should be removed from a luxurious hotel to a basic hotel. Internationally this deserves no more than a 3 star rating. ||

设施很陈旧, 不吸烟房间但是烟味很浓, 电视电源也没插上, 房间正后方是坟场所以窗户也被封住, 行职员要求多一个枕头也说不可, 位置也算偏僻, 唯一的好处是房间比较大, 不会再选择入住

房间灯光的开关莫明其妙，中央空调温度夠冷，但温度调較也是莫明其妙，床单清洁，房间安靜，休息睡觉没问题
