Location, room comfort, hotel conditionI chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 2N stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Good business hotel. Beds and showers are very comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of options (including some western-style options - eg. You can ask for an omelette). There are 4 free laundry machines and all necessary detergent is provided. Service is fast and if you don’t speak Chinese, front desk has a handy translator that solves most of the issues. There is a Spa next door as well, which provides manicures and massages at very reasonable rates. McDonalds is across the street, and a small convenience store around the corner. A shopping mall is 12 minute walk.

New rooms, spacious enough, friendly service, not bad breakfast option for being in China. The cleaning could be better and food options at the restaurant as many dishes were absent. Can recommend for a short trip.Ladies during the breakfast was very friendly with a baby, helping with every possible way.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotless. My daughter spilt water on the bathroom floor and when it was wiped up with tissues,the tissues were clean. The blackout curtains combined with the air conditioner gave me a wonderful nights sleep

房間大，現代感，服務員有禮貌，早餐豐富，入酒店右邊有個自助小點心檯，退房還有小禮物🎁有要改善地方是房間續住要更換毛巾。

Was only here for a couple of nights as I needed to go to the entry/exit place nearby. For what I needed it was great, however if you’re here to get to town and do the tourist stuff in Hangzhou, I’d recommend staying closer to town etc. the hotel was immaculately clean. Most staff spoke no English and had to use a handheld translation device. Breakfast was adequate. Chef reluctant to cook fresh eggs when there’s a bowl of overcooked cold fried eggs on display. Coffee was ok. Would like to think that staff should know of nearby restaurants, pubs etc. they really didn’t help when I asked to go to a pub.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfy. The reception people are friendly, had no problem with check in, took us just a few minutes. The breakfast is good for locals and expats.
