Holiday Inn Hainan Xiangshui Bay, an IHG Hotel

Super duper satisfied with my stay here - from the cleanliness to staff and service, our stay at Holiday Inn Xiangshui Bay has been beyond phenomenal. The property is quiet and gorgeous (kind of in the middle of nowhere but it was exactly what we needed) Big shout out to the front desk/shuttle service crew - they took care of every request of ours promptly!

- they are new in IHG group and are all very unfamiliar with the membership benefits and even didn’t want to solve the problems. Their manager promised to call me back but no phone calls at all. - the staffs are not professional with help people to get what they want. You need to ask again and again. - the room cleaning is not complete. - no special events during new year eve.
