Nice place. Receptionist was very helpful. Clean room, easy to access beach nearby. Buffet was average. Breads were not fresh. Meat were smelly. I couldn't enjoy breakfast much.

Rooms are nice and big, I had a nice view out the window. Staff is friendly and nice and when I asked for more water from the cleaning staff and they remembered giving me more water every day. I got a package with a free photographer session and the pictures came out amazing.

We checked out 2 nights early because we were very unsatisfied despite knowing we would received no refund. On checkout, the staff were reluctant to assist and help us. We got a staff’s wechat who often assisted us during the stay. The check in took unnecessarily long and staff didn’t tell us the WiFi code, didn’t say that most of the restaurants were closed, and didn’t say which hours the restaurant was open. The room was not clean upon check in and telephone to call reception didn’t work. The breakfast was really terrible (except the coffee when the machine was working), fruit over ripe, bugs crawling around by the food, the restaurant food is horribly overpriced, a lot of meals on the menu were unavailable, and over the Chinese New Year period there were hardly any stores to order through Meituan. We got stuck inside the elevator twice for a few minutes until it started moving again. The emergency stairwells are covered in mold and maintenance items making it dangerous if there was ever a need to use the stairs in an emergency. The hotel is old and while the gardens are well kept, only 1 of the 3 pools were open. You can’t sit on the grassy areas as there are biting ants everywhere. You can’t sit in the forest because the grass is covered in spiky seed pods. You can’t sit by the pool because there are only 3 deck chairs. Very limited outdoor sitting spaces. Hot water was sporadic and the shape of the bath was not functional unless you lay down completely. The room was not serviced daily, and we had to ask repeatedly for 3 towels despite staying in a “family room” that comes standard with an extra bed for three people. The way the hotel is shaped means that everyone looks into each other’s rooms from the balcony unless you are right on the very corner. The beach was completely covered in garbage and litter, lots of firework boxes washing into the sea. Beach unsafe to walk barefoot because of broken glass. The walk ways are not very convenient if you have a child in a stroller as they are broken. Very very misleading advertising and misleading representation on this app. I would not recommend staying here at all. In terms of location the sea is too rough and full of rocks to swim and there is no way you could do any water sports.

酒店离三亚很近，自驾或坐高铁都很方便。酒店环境优美，服务周到，设施设备齐全，酒店有自已的歺饮，吃饭也方便，推荐糟粕醋海鲜锅。总之性价比高，值得体验。

早餐种类繁多，而且味道都很好！床很软很干净，觉得睡的很舒服！餐厅环境超级棒，卫生非常干净到位！离海边很近，晚上的篝火晚会非常的热闹。非常期待下次。

酒店住着舒服，海边很干净，景不错适合拍照呀，房间很宽敞，还可以在海边抓螃蟹，还有抓鱼的，第一次看到这种鱼，咖啡也很好喝，味道浓郁口感很香​

酒店地理位置不错，一下高度就到了，酒店大堂防疫工作做的很到位，入住感觉很安心，前台给升级了海景房，房间很大，配套也很齐全，楼下就是游泳池，酒店到沙滩也就2分钟时间，整体都挺不错，下次有机会来陵水，还会选择阿尔卡迪亚酒店！

整体感觉很不错，服务人员很热情，有需求响应速度也很快，前台妹妹可可爱爱。早餐厅的早餐不错，能吃到海南当地的美食，下次如果来也会考虑继续入住。
