张家界京武铂尔曼酒店

This hotel is old and requires a major renovation. The service and hotel does not meet Pullman standards. There appears to be a lot of tourists from mainland China and they are clearly catering to that clientele. So do not book this hotel if you are looking for Western standards. ||Also, I booked this hotel to visit the two National parks (which btw were stunning and worth the visit). It turned out to be a 45 minute drive from either park. The parks were super busy and losing that time driving just meant longer lines arriving later at the park. The 45 minute drive back after a long day at the park wasn’t that fun either. There are hotels far closer that would have saved the time and were more centralized to other things like restaurants and shops. Instead of time driving, we could have spent the time enjoying the city. One of the park entrances is literally right in the middle of the main city so I suggest you consider one of those hotels if you want to maximize your time there.

Booked the Pullman expecting actual Pullman luxury and service. Think again..you are in China. Its their version. The hotel looks amazing at reception and then it goes a bit thumbs down thereafter. A little sad and dated. The hotel was extremely busy during August because of the school holidays. Breakfast time was carnage! |I asked for an upgrade and was given a room near the street where the show is. For a few hours each evening you hear bellowing sounds on microphones. It's crazy! Avoid this side of hotel if you chose to stay here.||A single couse meal for 2 at the hotel restaurant (western) with drinks will cost £57. Quite high for China. ||The pool is outside. You must wear a swim cap otherwise no entry. It's empty early afternoon while people are out.||Location is ideal. Costs 66p via didi to the start gate of the park. ||Must say the beds were super cosy. Bathroom includes a shower and bath and is very spacious.||Mini bar is empty so you can use the fridge. Bottled water supplied everyday.

Hotel is located at a great location. Its walking distance from Tianzi mountain scenic area entrance. Beautiful views from balcony and good spread of breakfast including some options for vegans and non Chinese cuisines. Staff understands basic english. Hotel has in house Convenience store where you can buy basic stuff like biscuits, cold drinks, beer and toiletries and other travel amenities at almost regular prices. In the night, a flee market is there in the lane outside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs and local specialities at cheap price. Overall a satisfactory experience.

酒店地理位置优越。距天子山风景区入口步行即可到达。阳台上可以看到美丽的景色，早餐很丰盛，包括一些素食和非中式菜肴的选择。工作人员懂基本的英语。酒店内设有便利店，您可以以几乎正常的价格购买饼干、冷饮、啤酒和洗漱用品等基本物品以及其他旅行用品。晚上，酒店外的小巷里有跳蚤市场，您可以以便宜的价格购买纪念品和当地特产。 总体来说是一次满意的体验。

Certainly fills most of the criteria of a 5 star hotel aside from it's old style and technology. The food is good enough to satisfy one's need, though it could be a bit more tasteful. Location is in a more rural area and the view on the parking lot is not the best. Some things are very outdated, like the scale but it doesn't impact the experience too badly.

Stayed 2 nights with my wife and 8 year old boy.||Room felt dated but spacious.|There was a bathtub which was good||Location is very near the Wulingyuan park entrance (entrance to the mountains)|Taxi ride is just 5 to 10 mins.||Morning breakfast selection was limited and not that amazing but passable.|Wulingyuan town area itself is quite small and can be easily explored within a day.||The hotel's location is a good starting point. Staff can be seen as either helpful or pushy as they try to sell you tickets to the attractions/night shows. As we had already bought tickets online, we told them we didnt need it.||Hotel Room: 3 Stars (Standard room with bathtub)|Room View: 4 Stars (View of some mountains and other hotels)|Service of Staff: 3 Stars (Average service, helped with luggage)|Lounges/Restaurants: 3 Stars (Limited selections, average taste)|Room Service: NA|Location: 4 Stars (Near to mountains and Baofeng lake)

铂尔曼酒店房间干净整齐，入住时接待人员非常热情。酒店有一个很漂亮的泳池[愉快]，很受小朋友的喜欢。早餐有很多吃的，适合各年龄段的人群。下次再来张家界还会选择这家

前台的入住服务特别好，酒店是五星级非常的奢华，不仅有游泳池可供游泳，还有丰富多样的早餐等等。酒店位置也很好，离景区非常的近，打车和坐车都非常的便利！
