凤凰花园酒店

The hotel is quite old, we found wood panels coming off the wall and I found the power questionable. It was the only hotel we stayed in that when my laptop was plugged in (via a surge protector) the internal mouse picked up interference, jumping around the screen - very strange. The rooms are of a good size. However, overall - it didn’t look clean. ||||The towels were yellow with age and the shower wasn't really clean, my girlfriend and her parents refused to use it and waited till the next hotel as we were only there one night. ||||The breakfast buffet was limited in terms of western food. So if you don't like congee rice or noddles or even passable coffee you are out of like, not even a coffee mug on show here. ||||You can walk to the Phoenix town it's a 20-30 min walk, we were on a organised tour so we just took the tour bus. Make sure you visit at night to see the town lit up with all the reflections in the water at night.||||In defence of the hotel, it's mostly locals who stay and our guide said that it was the best in the town and locals can't afford to stay there. Guess we are just used to slightly higher standards.||||We will give this hotel a miss if we were to visit the beautiful ancient Fenghuang (Phoenix) Town again.

The Fenghuang Garden Hotel is a nice, clean, quiet hotel located just a few minutes drive from the center of Fenghuang town. The hotel room was quite spacious and the bathroom looks clean and modern. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is in such a remote area as Fenghuang. ||||Outside the hotel, there is an impressive and tall sign (see photo) that is easily visible from the roadway marking the location. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy since the front desk is well organized and had several clerks working there. This hotel has an onsite restaurant which I did not try for dinner but I did have the breakfast buffet there. The breakfast selection was good and presentation at the buffet tables was also good with many appetizing selections.||||I would highly recommend the Fenghuang Garden Hotel because it is clean and modern, good service and quiet location.

凤凰花园酒店是一家漂亮、干净、安静的酒店，距离凤凰镇中心仅几分钟车程。 酒店房间相当宽敞，浴室看起来干净而现代。 我很惊喜地发现，在凤凰这么偏远的地区，这家酒店竟然这么好。 ||||酒店外面有一个令人印象深刻的高大标志（见照片），从道路上可以轻松看到该标志，标志着该位置。 登记入住和退房过程快速而简单，因为前台组织良好，并有几名职员在那里工作。 这家酒店有一家餐厅，我没有去吃晚餐，但在那里吃了自助早餐。 早餐选择很好，自助餐桌上的摆盘也很好，有很多开胃的选择。||||我强烈推荐凤凰花园酒店，因为它干净、现代、服务周到、位置安静。

大廳很有地區風味，服務人員態度良好，房間還算乾淨，但衛浴設計如果不是非常熟悉的家人會感到尷尬。放置沐浴乳、洗髮精的盒子連接牆壁處已有不少的黑霉，蓮蓬頭損壞尚可堪用，馬桶沖完水會發出異音，洗手台水排到水管聲音很大。有提供到古城的服務，只要人民幣兩元還滿方便實惠，但如果遇到旅行團會有擠不上車的疑慮。

I was staying in this hotel on 16 Nov 2017. I stepped into the spacious room and was welcome by a very strong cigarettes odour even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. My tour guide has requested for a change of room but the hotel was fully booked that night. They did a lemon fragrance spray but it did not help as I woke up the next morning with a nose allergy. The shower is facing the toilet bowl which wet the the whole toilet bowl. Towels don’t look clean. The beds were very cold and hard. There was no heater in the room. I have to wear long John plus fleece shirt and socks to sleep. Breakfast was so crowded that we could hardly find a table. As all the tables are round shaped, we have to share table with others. Food sucks and queue was long. It

We stayed here for one night after visiting Zhangjiajie on the way back to Hong Kong. Our tour guide told us this is the best hotel in town. This is a VERY aged hotel which including every things in the hotel. The room and the bathroom were spacious; however, both were not clean at all. The bed sheet and the towels were all torn. The breakfast buffet was OK, if you like congee or noodles. Taxi to the Phoenix Old Town was 25 Yuen one way. Make sure to visit this ancient town at night. The night view was spectacular.

我们在返回香港的途中参观了张家界后在这里住了一晚。我们的导游告诉我们这是城里最好的酒店。这是一家非常古老的酒店，包括酒店里的一切。房间和浴室都很宽敞；然而，两者都不干净。床单和毛巾都破了。自助早餐还可以，如果你喜欢粥或面条。打车到凤凰古城单程25元。 一定要在晚上游览这个古镇。夜景非常壮观。

Stayed one night in this Hotel en-route to Zhangjiajie. ||||It is located at the far end of the Tuo Jiang River in Feng Huang Ancient Town itself and so it is within walking distance to the scenic areas. ||||This ancient town is fascinating with its wooden houses built on stilts along the banks of the Tuo Jiang River and they have what seems like ‘centuries’ old bridges over the water. There is also a beautiful pagoda seated by the side of the river bank. ||||We took the river cruise to enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds - as well as soaked in the atmosphere - watching the daily lives of their locals – washing clothes by the river, catching tiny shrimps to be added to the deep-fried pancakes for sales etc. ||||Night view of this ancient Town was equally spectacular. Colourful lighted bulbs outlined the roofs and bridges and its surrounding mountains casting some mysterious shadows all over the vicinity. The best was the reflection of these wonderful sights on the water and it was so picturesque as though it was made specially for the camera. ||||The Hotel is old. Its room is reasonably spacious. However, overall - it didn’t look clean. The toilet’s cleanliness was even more questionable as the towels were yellow with age. They were rough and felt kind of ‘oily’. ||||But what disappointed us were basic items like a dressing table and a make-up mirror were lacking in the room. They only have a mirror in the toilet. ||||I travelled with a friend. When this friend was taking a shower, it was inconvenient to do my make-up in the toilet without intruding into her privacy and vice-versa. And mirrors get ‘blurred’ - being moist with vapour after a warm shower. It was even more annoying during the morning rush to put up with such inconvenience. ||||We will give this Hotel a miss if we were to visit the beautiful ancient Feng Huang Town again.

去张家界途中在这家酒店住了一晚。 ||||位于凤凰古城沱江的尽头，步行即可到达景区。 ||||这座古镇令人着迷，沱江两岸的木屋高跷，水上有一座座仿佛有“百年”历史的古桥。河岸边还有一座美丽的宝塔。 ||||我们乘坐游船欣赏美丽的景色和声音，并沉浸在氛围中，观察当地人的日常生活——在河边洗衣服、抓小虾加入油炸卖煎饼等等。||||古镇的夜景同样壮观。五颜六色的灯泡勾勒出屋顶、桥梁和周围山脉的轮廓，在附近投射出一些神秘的阴影。最棒的是这些美妙的景色倒映在水面上，风景如画，仿佛是专门为相机制作的。 ||||酒店很旧。它的房间相当宽敞。然而，总的来说——它看起来并不干净。厕所的清洁度更成问题，因为毛巾因年久而变黄。它们很粗糙，感觉有点“油腻”。 ||||但令我们失望的是房间里缺少梳妆台和化妆镜等基本物品。他们的厕所里只有一面镜子。 ||||我和一个朋友一起旅行。这位朋友洗澡的时候，我在厕所里化妆很不方便，又不侵犯她的隐私，反之亦然。洗完热水澡后，镜子会被水蒸气弄湿，变得“模糊”。 更烦人的是在早上的高峰期要忍受这样的不便。 ||||如果我们再去美丽的凤凰古城的话，我们一定会错过这家酒店。

坐落于鳳凰古城風光秀麗的沱江河畔，當地最好。 酒店房間大小適中，但地毯上不乾淨，有許多的小屑屑。房間有提供牙刷、牙膏、梳子、浴帽、棉花棒、洗髮精及沐浴乳，但洗髮精洗頭沒泡泡，洗不乾浄。

自稱高檔酒店, 其實非常老舊, 二星水準. 服務人員態度冷淡敷衍. 整間飯店沒有禁煙, 房間也有股煙味. 大堂蚊子很多. 咖啡廳早早熄燈, 不強烈要求前台還不開燈讓客人坐, 服務實在不到位. 大夏天的房間沒有空調, 浴室的淋浴溫控大有問題, 不是滾燙就是冷水, 只能快速的洗戰鬥澡. 早餐廳管理很差, 很多桌子都堆著碗筷杯沒收拾, 只有兩個阿姨收拾, 根本忙不過來. 早餐品質很差, 豆漿如岩漿, 整體感覺很不好, 不推薦!
