中华园大饭店

Grand entrance with a lovely lobby. Our room was on the ground floor, large with good size beds but rock hard, like sleeping on marble. The shower had plenty of hot water but was weak and the breakfast had plenty of options but was my least favourite of the week. There were several restaurants just across the road. I would stay elsewhere due to the hard beds.

宏伟的入口和可爱的大堂。我们的房间在一楼，很大，床很大，但是很硬，就像睡在大理石上一样。淋浴有充足的热水，但水很弱，早餐有很多选择，但是我这一周最不喜欢的。马路对面有几家餐馆。由于床很硬，我会住在其他地方。

The hotel itself is fantastic and massive. The food was great in the restaurant , one of the best, although expensive. The only downer was the hard bed which everyone on the tour group complained about. It was like sleeping on a board of wood on a massive bed. The staff and service was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have been in 4 different hotels this week and this is the cleanest. It’s a little older than some but doesn’t smell smoked in. The bed was comfortable and okay for a western visitor. Their English is limited but they anticipate your needs well and further English isn’t needed. |We were lucky enough to arrive when it was snowing for first time in ten years and the hotel was still very warm and comfortable. We had a room with a lounge and small balcony that overlooked the garden and lake. This is the best choice of room. Breakfast isn’t catered for westerners in a huge way but they cook fresh eggs on demand . Also try the Chinese noodle soup here. It’s the best one I’ve had so far and got me off to a good start for the day . It wasn’t filled with lots of weird Asian vegetables and herbs. Checkout was easy and the location was fairly central . Very happy with our stay here.

Booked two rooms on level 1. Found the rooms and bathrooms to be clean, with good amenity. Room decor is a bit dated and lights are a bit dark. Hotel reception staff were not the friendliest and only speak Chinese, but were responsive when we alerted them of other guests smoking in their rooms with their doors open. Many hotel guests smoke and we found this seeped into our room under the door and through aircon vents. Very convenient location right next to the subway and very close to a large shopping centre.

预订了 1 楼的两个房间。发现房间和浴室很干净，设施齐全。房间装修有点陈旧，灯光也有点暗。酒店接待人员不是最友好的，只会说中文，但当我们提醒他们其他客人在房间里开着门吸烟时，他们反应迅速。许多酒店客人吸烟，我们发现烟气从门下和空调通风口渗入我们的房间。位置非常方便，就在地铁旁边，离大型购物中心也很近。

We had only 1 night here. This hotel is broken up into wings so the rooms are on one side and the dining room on the other. You walk thru reception to go to the dining room. the pool & spa are in totally separate buildings across the park to the rear of the hotel.The rooms were adequate, very clean and good wi-fi. Service was prompt. Breakfast was good.

该酒店非常舒适，提供的服务很好，还有周围很安静，不喧闹。适合度假产品使用。房间空间很大，也很干净。该酒店大门处有地铁站，地铁直通苏州市区，购物很方便。地铁也通向苏州站，交通也很便利。

Room was lovely to look at. Beds were very hard ( but we had been on harder ones in Beijing.) Computer in our room as well as some office supplies (stapler, pencils notepad). Breakfast buffet was good but not as good as others on our trip. Garden at the back was lovely... deer and all!. Very spread out. Our guide didn't know if there was a pool and as we were there only one night... we found the pool before we left. Public toilets in the lobby area were not the nicest.

房间看起来很漂亮。床很硬（但我们在北京住的是更硬的床）。房间里有电脑以及一些办公用品（订书机、铅笔记事本）。自助早餐很好，但不如我们旅途中的其他早餐。后面的花园很可爱......鹿等等！非常分散。我们的导游不知道是否有游泳池，因为我们只在那里住了一晚......我们在离开之前找到了游泳池。大堂区的公共厕所不是最好的。

住的大床房，价格忘记了，我感觉还是满便宜的，来玩的时候住的，打酒店电话预订好的。房间我感觉满好的，挺大的。装修比较简洁，卫生很干净的，一般比较关注床上和卫生间的卫生，隔音还好，听不到什么杂音，里面的灯好像不太亮，配套设施满齐全的，网线电脑都有的，没用上网。位置满方便的，停车场也比较大，很安全，有保安看着。会推荐给朋友的。
