哈尔滨行者咖啡酒店

We spent 3 nights at this hotel and initially, we had our doubts. The hotel caters mainly for local people. The major problem is nobody speaks English and they do not accept VISA. As our card was not accepted we had to find a bank and pay up front in cash. Before payment we asked to look at the room as the downstairs was full of plastic flowers and had a stone floor.||||What a surprise! the room was beautiful with an ensuite bathroom which was spotless. The furniture was old Chinese in style and wallpaper was full of Chinese figurines. It all fitted and was comfortable. A particular characteristic of Chinese hotels in the north east is the big picture window between the bathroom and the bedroom. It is said to be very romantic! There are curtains which can be drawn for privacy. We found breakfast was not to our taste - lots of cooked meat and steamed dishes, so after the first day, we went to a rather nice cake shop nearby. Coffee, by comparison, was also very expensive, but served in beautiful cups!||||The biggest problem was the language barrier. Fortunately, we had a friend, who is Chinese and helped us out, but it did prove difficult at times. It is, however, worth staying there and good value for money.

This is a hotel which mainly caters for chinese guests. However the value you get for the price paid is quite good. We had a twin room for about 40 EUR per night, including breakfast. This BF is chinese with some western components. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom is in a glass cubicle, so you need to close the curtain if you want privacy. A lot of the double rooms have special theming, so dont be surprised if your room looks arabic, korean or english - this is how chinese hotel owners think one lives in that country. Or maybe it has sth to do with the fact that you can also rent the rooms on an hourly basis?||All in all a budget option with good quality...

This place was fascinating. It was winter time when I went. It was so cold to walk outside. This hotel is in the middle of everything. The rooms are so cute and each is different. The heaters work so well and the breakfast is like home made. Eating breakfast here gave me a taste of how the residents of Harbin eat. I ate everything. There is so much of a variety. The staff is so sweet too and supremely helpful. Also, the milk-coffee was excellent. Wish I would have filled a thermal to take on the road with me 😁

这个地方很迷人。我去的时候正值冬天。走到外面实在是太冷了。这家酒店位于一切的中心。房间很可爱而且每个房间都不同。加热器运转良好，早餐就像自制的一样。在这里吃早餐让我领略了哈尔滨人的吃法。我什么都吃了。种类繁多。工作人员也很友善而且非常乐于助人。另外，牛奶咖啡也很棒。希望我能装满热能带上路😁

at first, when my friend book this hotel instead my recommendation make me wondering about her decision. after checking the location, i can see in google maps that the hotel location not far from some of Harbin landmark like sophia square. ||||we are come to Harbin almost midnight and its not difficult for our taxi driver to find this hotel. the hotel small and typical traveller hotel with many accessories in their lobby. the checking process quite fast, and like most hotel in China they don't accept visa and master for payment, we paid our hotel by cash. the receptionist arrange the room, for us. and we get 2 room in different floor. the girls, stay at highest floor. my room is typical hotel room with 2 bed and typical hotel decoration, but the girls room is like Japanese room with tatami and more comfortable honestly. we decide to crash and stay at girls places for 2 night. ||||overal the hotel quality was good and the staff even thought have limited english but they show willingness to help. option for breakfast is sufficient and the facility (dinning area) is nice. hope can back again to this hotel someday.

I remember I came to Haerbin in 2015 and stayed here. It was one of the most difficult places I ever stayed in my life as absolutely no one spoke any English - only Chinese, cash only No internet - only wechat. I managed to survive and order warm beers and had orange soda and noodles for breakfast. But not a place where non natives would stay.

我记得2015年我来哈尔滨，就住在这里。 这是我一生中住过的最困难的地方之一，因为绝对没有人会说英语 - 只会中文，只收现金 没有互联网 - 只有微信。 我设法活了下来，点了热啤酒，早餐吃了橙汁汽水和面条。 但不是非本地人会呆的地方。

Rooms warm, but the staff give you no info, 1st dat missed breakfast as they didn't tell us times, then tryed to charge for a coffee, They have no Info about what to see or how to get around we asked for taxi and they just google translated get one out on the street somewhere, Be warned they Don't take payment cards and if like us we didn't have all the cash they kept reminding us we owed money even waiting outside our room. The breakfast they did serve was all cold veg, not worth having, overall very disappointed.

酒店距离博物馆很近，附近也有机场大巴，如果要去中心大街的话，就有些远了； 酒店的装修很有些文艺范儿，大堂跟咖啡厅在一起，很符合行者咖啡的名字，我们到的有些晚，没有餐点了，和小伙伴点了饮料，推荐蔓越莓玫瑰（冰沙）； 我们两个人住的标间，房间地面铺的木地板这点很喜欢，应该是用的地暖，光脚踩上去也很舒服，床很软好评； 不过希望酒店还能更关注一下细节，比如沐浴间没有可以放东西的地方，沐浴液等都只能放在洗手台上；卫生间的纸放的有点少，感觉用两三次就没有啦；没有免费饮用的矿泉水；房间的地暖有点太热了……只能开着窗户睡觉； 总体来说还是很开心的一次住宿，下次来哈尔滨还会再来~
