NillWe truly enjoyed out stay at this campground. $35 a night for full hook ups in a beautiful location is not bad! We had plenty of space too! The tent spots on the water looked very cool and the spots further up the hill seemed to be a little more private. There were nice picnic areas on the lake as well. Lloyd and Shelly do an excellent job keeping everything runny smoothly and the bathhouses clean. I loved listening to the birds and watching the fog rolling on the lake while walking the dog in the early mornings. Great stay at a great price!

NillCampground was very clean. They were accomodating in that they switched our campsite due to tight trees for backing in. Camp hosts very friendly. Our site was waterfront and was beautiful. Gravel and some challenges for leveling but not bad. The location was easy to get to. Close to road, some traffic noise. Walk and bike paths were great! We were off season so we couldn't enjoy all the lake fun but we imagine it gets VERY busy in summer! Nice stay.

NillThe TVA campgrounds are always great, and Cherokee Dam CG lives up the standard. Large sites, very well maintained, friendly hosts and staff, and great paths & walking to the Dam. We’ll be back for sure.

★★★★★Great people! Campground was clean! The only complaint is that TVA hasn't replaced the basketball goal. My son wanted to play basketball when he wasn't fishing. Fishing wasn't good because they kept lowering the water. Overall the campground was pleasant

NillWe stayed in site 33. It was advertised as water front. It was not. You are close to the water and the view is obstructed by trees. The site was advertised to have a concrete pad. The only concrete pad was under the concrete picnic table. We have a 33ft tt and the grade was so steep backing in we almost messed our bumper up going in and out. The extremely loud rap music and smell of marijuana coming from the tent camping area was awful. Guarantee we will never be back. I don’t NOT recommend this campground at all. In the positive side everyone was very friendly and was a quiet get away other than the reason stated above.

★★★★★We stayed in the tent area and was surprised at how good the site was. Electricity was provided at each site with a shared water. The staff was friendly and helpful. Milkshakes are available and highly recommended. The park itself is convenient to town and at a great boat ramp just a few feet away.

NillThis was our first time camping here. Our site was great (site 33). The campground is so quiet and nice. Host, Katherine and husband, were awesome! We really enjoyed our stay for 7 nights and will definitely be back!
