Beautiful place. Rooms are very comfortable. Air conditioned. Great coffee porch & its right across from the lake! Mini fridge, microwave, Keurig with many coffee/tea choices available.. Also Super great hosts Ed & Lauren. So accommodating & nice. Like home away from home. Must stay!!

Sunset view is my go to spot for overnight stays in the Dale! Cindie, the owner, is a very friendly and welcoming soul. Upon walking in you will find seating, a table, and some books to browse. The main downstairs room has complimentary snacks and more comfortable seating- plus chocolate! The rooms are spacious, clean, and orderly. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. Towels are provided during each stay, as well as extra blankets in the winter months. There is also a menu for a nearby Chinese restaurant which I highly recommend! (:

I enjoyed my stay at Sunset View Guesthouse last summer, while doing research in Lily Dale. The house is Victorian and very old, but kept clean. It is charming, quaint and safe and located directly on the lake, which is a delight to wake up to in the morning. The owner leaves snacks downstairs for guests, there are plenty of clean towels and toiletries for guests and even umbrellas if you need them. The price is also reasonable.

One of the BEST places to stay while in Lily Dale... great host, comfortable rooms, air conditioning, I will stay here again next time I go.
