NillStayed here somewhat recently, room was fine. Reason for the 1 star review, I'm pretty sure the swimming pool here exposed me to some bacteria and I got a staph infection. I must of had a small cut that I didn't realize. If it wasn't the pool, it was something from this hotel. It was one of the last spots I was at before getting really sick.

★★★★★Absolutely the best hotel. Accommodate to our request of our favorite room. Kind, very helpful. Looove the team with Travelodge. Leti is the absolute best. ||Every trip we take we always feel like apart of the family. Travelodge is really great. I love to stay there.

NillI had the worst experience of my life last night at this establishment! I am a local I booked this hotel through a third party website when I showed up I gave the lady at the front desk my ID and she proceeded to tell me I needed a 250$ deposit to be able to stay here. Than when I told her I didn’t have that she asked who was staying with me and I told her my boyfriend. She than asked to see him for some reason so I complied and I went to grab him from outside he was grabbing our bags! We than walked back inside and she immediately said no I’m not doing the room without a deposit! So we left and I called my aunt and she said she would do the deposit for us and that she was on her way by this time we had went to breeze in so I called the hotel and I spoke to a gentleman not the lady and asked if my aunt came and paid the deposit if we were okay and he said yes! So my aunt went in to pay the deposit and the same lady had the audacity to ask her if “do you really trust them with you money” in which my aunt responded “of course I do” then the same lady at the front desk said well I’m not giving them a room! Then when we met up with my aunt outside we started to leave and the same front desk lady came running outside with baseball ball bat like seriously this is crazy! From the get go she was discriminating against us and racial profiling this is outrageous and I want something down for compensation for we had to stay outside all night over this! If I could give no stars I would as well as I will be writing a review on everything so will my aunt and my boyfriend as well as Juneau community collective.

NillOne of the better places close to the airport. Shuttle service is available if you schedule or call ahead. The pool hasn't been operational for a long time. The restaurant/bar was great and unfortunately is closed for the unforeseeable future.

★Wow this place is depressing. First off it was very dirty. The sheets were obviously not changed, there was dirt and hair all over, (see pictures). There were large spiders with established webs in the corners of the room. ||The hotel itself is very very rundown. The rooms are furnished with ancient faded furniture, the beds are worn out, etc. The lobby is dimly lit and grungy. Everything is dirty and old. I would have immediately walked back out if there had been any other options. ||Someone else was given the key to our room, so around 10pm a stranger walks in our room, completely unacceptable! ||300+ per night for this? Complete Insanity.

★★The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. On the other hand, the only wall electrical outlet near the beds was hidden behind a bed. Both beds had heavy headboards. The restaurant was closed. The exterior of the building needs maintenance. All in all, the Travelodge by Wyndham Juneau was at best merely acceptable.

Nill- All of the staff were kind. - Check-in process was super quick. - The room was quiet, even being right next to the airport. - Room and bathroom was clean. - The internet was a quite slow. - Didn't have any hot water one night, but it was back the next day. - Overall a pretty good experience, in my opinion.

NillClose to the airport was a plus but the room and hallway had a strong unpleasant dirty smell and the check in staff were unprofessional. A nice young man started to help us out but an older lady yelled at him for a simple mistake - intolerable behavior. If I make it back to Juneau I will drive far out of my way and pay double to avoid this property.
