Mooseberry Cabins

Very comfortable accommodations. This was the only B&B we ever stayed in. It was really fixed up nice. We slept on the second floor which had a balcony. Breakfast was excellent. We sat at the table with several other people that we never saw before or since but they were friendly and it was an interesting experience. This place was listed in the Milepost.

If there were negative stars, I would use them. The owner of this cabin is asolutely horrible. Upon arrival to the cabin in the afternoon, my travel partner and I walked in the door (the cabin was left unlocked which is a whole other matter) and immediately had to walk back out again due to toxic fumes. It was either bug spray or some toxic cleaning fumes that had been used and then the cabin had been shut up. Our eyes watered and we began coughing immediately. It was impossible to stay there. We could taste whatever it was for a long time after. When I called to explain that we could not be in that cabin, she was rude and unaccomodating and refused a refund. I protested this charge with citibank and received only a partial refund for a room that was never provided and could not be used. Buyer beware. We went down the street to Burnt Paw and had a great cabin there. I suggest you do the same. (You just proved my point with how rude you and unaccomodating you are) My companion had the same issue and we stayed in 14 different places over 2 weeks and never had a problem. I cant stay in toxic fumes and I would think you would understand someone being sensitive to chemicals . i did notice on my way out of town that someone stayed in your cabin that night so you collected 2 nights rental that night. You are unscrupulous as well. I waited 20 minutes before moving on. Burnt Paw had no problems at all. Buyers, you decide whether you will rent here. I recommend you don't After few lost rentals at least you will have lost more than I did for being a terrible business person

It is quiet, clean and tucked away in the woods a little. The lady running the place is very nice and easy going. I have a busted up back but I slept like a baby. It has a very homelike feel to it. The rooms are a little smaller than I wanted but overall it was well worth the money!

Completely unsatisfactory. They are not military friendly. Called to cancel my reservation because I won't be making it in tonight and they still charged me full amount. Completely ridiculous and do not reccomend their business to anyone. Stay anywhere but here. The Expedia rep even tried to get a partial refund.. but nope. And I canceled soon enough that they could still use the room. #ridiculous. Would give no star if I was able to

We loved the place from the second we got there to the second we left. Cozy, comfy accommodations with a very tasty breakfast. There was enough parking for my trailer and the hosts were very kind people.

If wanting a room with 2 beds, expect small room with twin beds and no private bath. Spotless interior. Inn proprietors not on property. Staff friendly.
