Wild Horse Pass Resort Check-in

I’ll be honest, I have not stayed here yet, the casino is clean. I have been here Apx 4 times in all fairness the machines are fun, the food is good. They have free sodas and water. I have not seen a waitress so you will have to leave your machine to get a drink.

Nice place. They started adding a resort fee and really expensive snacks in room. Turning into Las Vegas hotels. Don't get it and disappointed.

The check in staff wasn't very friendly, didn't provide what I asked for, and wanted to quickly send me on the way (there was not a line, so no reason to be quick and rude). I specifically asked to be in the tower where the conference center was, noted that on my reservation, the check in person just nodded and put me in the opposite tower. When I found out later that I was in the wrong tower and asked if I could be on a list to be moved as people were checking out (I have an issue with my knees and needed to be close to the conference to reduce walking) the front desk staff took this as an inappropriate opportunity to try and sell me on upgrades that would have cost more. Very unfriendly and not accomodating or understanding at all. I asked again to be put in a wait list and the hotel never contacted me again. So much for follow up. Horrible people.

It is a very clean hotel. Rooms were the cleanest we've been in. The restaurants within it were not great. In the future, we will eat outside the hotel. Being close to the outlets was nice, too.

Beautiful casino and hotel. Staff, drinks, rooms, and food were amazing. Highly recommend 👌

Nice rooms, large casino with a large variety of slots and nice food selections. The pool is huge!!! We live close by and will stay there just for the pool.

Beautiful casino . As a table games dealer I pride myself in finding the best places to play roulette and other table games . I then met a dealer named Alphonse who was beyond nice and helpful and we had a great time playing . The atmosphere is awesome and fatburger was delicious . I will return here

What an awesome facility! My wife and I had dinner at their cafe on the second floor. Then we saw Ryan Adam, who is a favorite singer of mine for a couple of years. It was an awesome performance, and the auditorium is just amazing! I would say that this is very impressive to be able to see a great performer and have such good food, just stellar!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you!!
