NillMy niece, & I stayed the weekend of 3/20-3/23. I don't see how this place stays open. Our room was musty, soiled bedspread on one bed, we had to request clean towels, & go get them ourselves. Furniture was dusty. We sanitized & cleaned the room. No other rooms available, or hotels for that matter due to it being spring break weekend. And it was $450.00 for those 3 nights.We stayed there to attend a family wedding. Don't waste your time or money on this location.

NillWe booked this hotel through Expedia. The pictures looked fine and they listed a breakfast included. We arrived after 10 PM and checked in - no breakfast available, had been cancelled for quite some time. - Warned that none of the outside doors would lock and ended up with random people walking the hallways. - Doors are a waste, you could hear people talking in the hall at a minimum of a half dozen times between 12AM and 6AM - No carpeting, floors were some sort of plank vinyl that you literally stuck to. - Hallway flooring condition in the picture was the same as the rooms. - Furniture looked to have been second hand, placed the key card on the dresser and had to use the other card to lift it as it had stuck to the top. - Hole in the bathroom floor, wiped up some water and the tissue came away with a dozen hairs and black grime. - Sheets were stained and nothing like the picture from the property site. - Two remotes, both caked with dirt and they would not adjust the sound or turn off the TV. - Stains all over the bathroom counters. - Crap on the back of the bathroom door. - Smell was disgusting. - Drawer of irons and a hairdryer, wouldn’t touch any of them. We slept a few hours and were awake the rest of the time due to noise. Booked out of there as fast as possible. Please do not book this property!

NillIt’s a Super 8, so I wasn’t expecting much. Do not stay here. I had to ask for a different room initially as the toilet didn’t work. Next room had a horrible over powering cleaner smell that triggered my asthma and the toilet did not work again. Linens were itchy and stained. I had to end up leaving and getting another room elsewhere. Do you think they refunded the $125? Nope. Not even a portion of it. That they would charge that amount for these rooms is absurd. Note, front desk was very sweet and very understanding.

NillStayed 2 nights had to move to three different rooms. Each room had one thing or another that was unacceptable. 3rd room to tired to fight. Problems rust in the bathroom all over the light, tv didn't work in 2 of the rooms. 3rd room missing several things room 2 had. It was a miserable stay. I have never made a post before but thought you should know. Never again!

NillI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience our construction team had during their recent stay at your property. Upon arrival, they were informed that they needed to pay an additional amount, but due to a language barrier, they could not fully understand why this charge was required. Furthermore, they did not have enough money with them to cover the extra cost. I had intended to make the payment with the corporate card, but I was unable to reach the hotel or process the payment in time. After facing this situation, my coworker finally spoke with someone at the front desk. Unfortunately, the interaction was not only unhelpful but also unprofessional. The staff member was rude, and when my coworker mentioned the possibility of filing a complaint or requesting a refund, the staff member responded by saying that they do not offer refunds and sarcastically wished us "good luck." To make matters worse, the call was abruptly ended. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and the lack of assistance has left our team in a difficult and frustrating position. The unprofessionalism and poor customer service displayed by the hotel staff have caused significant inconvenience, and I expect this matter to be addressed immediately.

Nill★★★☆☆ | Unexpected Fees & Disappointing Room I booked this hotel because they advertised as pet-friendly, but they conveniently left out the fact that there’s a $25 per day pet fee—which I only found out at check-in. On top of that, they charged a hefty deposit, making the total cost almost double what I expected. As for the room itself, it wasn’t anything special. The space was tight, the heating and air unit was old and barely worked, and the sliding glass door was busted. For the price I ended up paying, I expected way better. If you're planning to stay here, be prepared for hidden fees—they definitely know how to pull a rabbit out of the hat on you.

NillMy room was not clean. Shower didn't work right or the shower curtain it would go to the middle. Bedspread had spots on it. Under the beds where nasty dirty. I will never say at this hotel again. The ac was taped with tape crazy over a 150.00 dollars a night for that was crazy. Dogs there barked all night.

★This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! When we first checked in the room, I had reserved. They did not have. It was supposed to have a king bed. The room we were sent to had two full beds. Went to change it the lady said they were out of king rooms we were going to leave and she said wait. I have a room with two queens. When we went to our new room, it had a king bed in it. You don’t even know what rooms you have or what’s in them? The tub was filthy. When I went to plug my phone in I crawled under the table. There was literally food crumbs and such against the baseboard. The night staff guy was absolutely horribly rude. When all I wanted was the Wi-Fi password he snapped “well we have to change it sometime“ we needed a change of bedding and that was like pulling teeth. And then we were told they were out of bedspread. We would just have to use two sheets. I don’t understand how this hotel is even open
