Best hotel in the area, for business purposes, vacations with family or visiting friends. Great outdoor patio area with a nice pool, hot tub and two barbecues. Service is excellent, very friendly and always taking care of their guests making you feel like home. Great vibes and very friendly staff. You can enjoy a really yummy breakfast and a very awesome social evening dinner in which you can socialise with other guests and spend a good evening while having a cold beer, glass of wine and some food. Highly recommended. You can see the effort behind all this in order to improve their services and make you a great stay.

If you're searching for a hotel in Phoenix that checks every box and then folds your laundry while humming soft jazz, look no further than the Staybridge Suites. I gave everything a 10/10 because frankly, anything less would be disrespectful to the hospitality gods who clearly reside here. Let’s start with the room—a place so clean and cozy, I briefly considered applying for Arizona residency. It’s got everything: a full kitchen, a comfy bed that probably has a PhD in back support, and enough outlets to charge all your devices and your regrets. Breakfast? Oh, you mean the morning banquet. From eggs that didn’t taste like powdered despair to waffles that could convert even the strongest carb-hater, it was a culinary experience that made me question every breakfast I’ve ever had before this. Social hour? Yes, they have one. Free wine, free snacks, and strangers pretending to be extroverts for an hour. I made three friends and an enemy. 10/10. Let’s not forget the staff, who are suspiciously nice. I’m still trying to figure out what they want from me. One of them asked how my day was and actually listened to the answer. That level of emotional availability is both alarming and comforting. The gym and pool? Let’s just say I walked in with the intention of using them and walked out with a granola bar. But they looked fantastic. Very photogenic. Highly recommend for the fitness of your Instagram feed. In conclusion, the Staybridge Suites Phoenix is dangerously close to becoming my official safe space. I arrived for a quick stay and left wondering if I should start forwarding my mail there. 10/10. Would stay again—and possibly never leave.

Very friendly personnel. Very good impression overall good quality over the services provided. I've booked the hotel at the reception even though there were no rooms available on the IHG app. At the check in I was welcomed by Ash and the whole process was very well handled by her, my room was prepared for the check in even though it was on a Sunday. I was treated in a very friendly manner with a warm approach. I can only recommend it!

This hotel gives a home away from home feeling. All of the staff were friendly and ready to assist in any way. One staff member really stood out as exceptional, Dayonna. Dayonna went over and above to assist us. We needed special accommodations based on a physical disability, she was able to find the appropriate accommodations for us. Although it was our oversight when we booked the room, she was able to keep us in the same room type and meet our needs without causing any inconviences for any one involved.

We really enjoyed our stay, and were pleasantly surprised by the outdoor pool, which was heated and perfect for our kids, even though the weather was unseasonably cold when we visited Chandler. The staff at this hotel is great, and the front desk person went out of his way to accommodate our large group in the common areas and outside. Our room was very spacious (2 BR suite) and beds were comfy.

Workers were polite and attentive. Rooms were cleaned daily.breakfast neeeds more items to choose from. Social meal needs more selection or more needs to be made. But the drink selection was great. In a great area everything is near by

Stayed for a 4 day weekend. Hotel was amazing, and the breakfast was good as well. I have stayed in plenty of hotels around the area and this is one of my favorites by far. Will surely come back. Love that there are a lot of food options around. Everything is 5-10min drive from the hotel.

Such a great way to stay at a hotel with the comfort of home. Not just a bed in a room but a mini apartment. Area to sit and relax, mini kitchen with fridge to keep you personal preferences. Buffet breakfast. Very comfortable stay. When staying 5 nights you need that extra space!
