Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass

What an incredible adventure we had at the Sheridan Grand Wild Horse Pass! My husband, daughter, and I spent four unforgettable nights there, and let's say—we were heartbroken to leave! We originally booked just Friday and Saturday nights, but the magic of the place compelled us to add Thursday night, and wow, am I glad we did! We felt right at home when we stepped into our immaculate room. It was so cozy and comfortable; we could've stayed forever! The staff was terrific, bending over backward to make our stay perfect. They even allowed us to check in early and check out late on our final day—talk about service! The highlight of our trip had to be the stunning pool area and the breathtaking views of the golf course. We spent hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the scenery—it was pure paradise! And let me tell you, the food was nothing short of spectacular! On our first night, we couldn't resist trying one of each dessert—seriously, the banana pudding was out of this world! It was originally only on the dinner menu, but Chef Mo went out of his way and graciously whipped it up for us during lunch on our last day. We even left for a night and missed it so much that we rushed back for one last night before our flight back to Portland. We are already excited as we plan our next trip to the Sheridan Grand! It’s the ultimate Arizona getaway; we can't recommend it highly enough!

Amazing Resort! We sure enjoyed our time relaxing! Staff were friendly and there to help when needed! Spent a day over at the spa getting services and lunch! Loved the amenities over there! Steam Room, Sauna, Jacuzzi & Outdoor Pool. Spa is 18+. Love the yard games & outdoor pool area, lots of pools to choose from! My only complaint would be how far away from the elevators we were, but that just helped getting our steps in on vacation so it’s not a real complaint 😉

Excellent resort, comfortable rooms, we had a room overlooking the mountains with a balcony which was beautiful and very quiet. Bed comfortable. The resort was busy but never felt crowded or noisy. Beautiful pool area but water a bit too warm .|Went kayaking on river which was fun and riding at Koli equestrian nearby also very good.|Didn’t eat in Kai unfortunately as it was shut the days we were there .|Would definitely visit again.

I had a great stay! The place was very nice with excellent customer service from start to finish. There’s an inside bar and a beautiful outside poolside area that’s perfect for relaxing. The outdoor pools are huge and well-maintained, with a fun water slide that’s great for kids. Definitely a kid-friendly spot. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and the room service was top-notch. I loved the relaxing music playing throughout the property—it added to the peaceful vibe. The mountain views were absolutely stunning, especially in the early morning. There’s a café on site, but be prepared—it’s quite expensive. The property also features conference rooms for business travelers, which is a nice touch. One thing to keep in mind: there are a lot of stairs, so it might be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues. But overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely come back!

My wife and I just spent a week at the Sheraton Resort at Wild Horse Pass, and we had an amazing time! The property was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff were incredible—super friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to love what they do. Most of our days were spent relaxing by the pool, enjoying great food and drinks, but we also went horseback riding, which was the highlight of the trip for me. The guides were fantastic and really made the experience unforgettable. We had such a great time and will definitely be coming back. Next time, I’m bringing my golf clubs—Whirlwind Golf Course looks like an incredible course, and I can’t wait to play!

Pros: The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel common areas are beautiful and inspiring. Enjoyed walking the trails and surrounding area. The buffet breakfast was very good.||Cons: Upon checking in, the front desk person insisted that my reservation was for member price and I can only get that price if I join their membership. I told her that I am always very careful with my reservations and I did not select the member option and no where on my confirmation email, it says this is a member price. She kept repeating herself and saying that she does not know if and where on email would say the price option. I chose to pay $$/day above my reservation price. I do not care that they offer free membership. I did not choose their hotel to be part of their club. They should be upfront with their prices. If they have multiple options, they should identify that in their reservation email to be fully transparent with their guests.

My wife & I stayed at The Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Dec 12-13, 2024, for our anniversary. |Kim at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful, but I had issues with my reservation, so she called Jared to help. |Jared is extremely friendly, funny, and very helpful! He made us laugh, feel very welcomed, and made our anniversary trip very memorable. |Jared went above & beyond to ensure we were happy throughout our stay. |Every interaction was warm and welcoming. |He helped with our check-in, coordinated our parking, helped with billing issues, and gave lots of great recommendations & access to the pool area while we waited for our room that be cleaned. |His recommendation to go relax and get some drinks at Hanyo while our room was getting ready was perfect.|Ashlinn, who helped us at Hanyo, was incredibly nice, knowlagabe & very friendly. |She took care of us & made us laugh as we enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. |Once our room was ready, Kim got us our keys and helped us on our way. ||I couldn't remember everyone's names, so I called and spoke with Laura Z, who is also very friendly and went above & beyond to get everyone's names for this complement letter. ||We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return & spend more time at your lovely establishment that is staffed by incredible people!||Thank you very much for all your help, Jared, Kim, Ashlinn & Laura Z!|D'Artagnan Heath & Ching Lin

I was here for a conference, working as IT. We were placed in one of the many adjustable (sliding walls) conference rooms. Granted, it's January, but surely the heating bill has been paid? If so, it sure didn't feel like it. I asked the staff, several times, to adjust the heat to no avail. Also, the lights were connected to another room and, also, asked for them to be separated but that didn't happen until way into the conference. The rooms are nice, if not a bit small for the price paid. The staff are the star of the show (reflected in my ratings) and have absolutely nothing negative to say about them (except for the event staff as mentioned). All in all, it's a gargantuan facility that will get your steps in (be prepared) that is well kept inside and out, but I probably won't be back.
