Positive: The staff was amazing. I would use this hotel again and I would also recommend this hotel to others. Negative: I did not like two things. 1) They did not have a do it yourself waffle iron. This is enough to make me look elsewhere.2) One the day they did not totally clean the room they had a "refresh" but they didn't make the bed, empty garbage or refill TP.

Great prices but 50% of elevators don’t work. The house keeping is on every other day, which is ok but they don’t do much when they come… they don’t wash my bathroom sink or mirror, lord knows what else in there. I did receive new towels and soaps. My bed was well made, but after two weeks I was still sleeping on the same sheets 😒. I do better than that at my own home!!

Loved this hotel. Brianna at the service desk made me breakfast to go because I had to leave before breakfast was served. THANK YOU. Room was great. Kitchenette was nice. 100% would stay again!

Nothing to write home about. The good: the room was pretty nice. It have a little kitchen area, a desk, and a comfy bed. The bad: The breakfast was absolutely sad - muffins heated up in plastic wrappers?!?!?! The gym is small and incomplete. I was working in my room with the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. Room service knocked THREE TIMES until I opened. Just to make sure that I was checking out 2 hours later.

Dirty and in desperate need of maintenance! I am normally really happy with Marriott hotels, but this was was exceptionally bad. Our hotel room had a beat up and dirty main door, flooring felt like it had water damage, carpets had tattered edges and carpet nails that were sticking up, big chunks of carpet alwere missing out of it, there were gross dirt spots all over the faucet, the mirror was dirty, the shower's edges had dark dirty spots, the walls were dirty, there was what looked like a pubic hair in one of the towels, we found a baby German cockroach in the shower, the sheets had hair in them, the ceiling light was missing one of its parts, our feet turned black from the minimal amount of time we were on the carpet without shoes, there was a previous person's hat on the ground next to the night stand (do they even vacuum here!?) it was disgusting! Then we had an issue with the hair dryer. The first one we used had hair product build up/grime all over it so we requested a different unit. The second one we got was a cheap and old looking compact unit. That unit almost caught on fire, started smoking, and burned hair and a brush. Then the hotel didn't even take immediate ownership over the hair dryer when we said it was theirs! That was just the room! The hotel breakfast was also really lame. We were so excited for it, but an hour before they were going to close it down for the day there small amounts of bread products available with no cream cheese, no butter, no peanut butter, there was just a tiny amount of milk left in the pitchers, one of the dispenser tubes of cereal ran out, and a few pieces of old fruit was lying around. There was luckily some breakfast sandwiches left, but the display was really bad! Come on now! The lobby also had tattered carpet and an elevator was out of service during our stay. This hotel has a lot of potential especially in the area where it's located, but it desperately needs better cleaning and maintenance! I have reached out to both the front desk and Marriott corporate about this experience. While the front desk did offer points to compensate for the issues we identified the first night or two in (several of these issues were identified later) it is important to note I never saw these points come through, so I'm hoping corporate can help. I'd recommend avoiding this hotel and other hotels owned by the same management company.

Positive: "" Negative: The room was not cleaned well at all and it was extremely small. The pull out couch touched the end of the king size bed in the room so you had to crawl over one of them to get to the other side. Way too small for a family of 4.

We were disappointed with our recent stay at TownePlace Suites Chandler in the last week of December 2024 ( Two Nights). As a Lifetime Titanium Elite member, I had high expectations with the hotel based on the hotel's location and reviews, and I specifically chose this property over other Marriott options in the area. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. After an exhausting 8+ hour drive, my family and I arrived at the hotel around 8:30 PM - 9:00 PM. We were eager to check into our room quickly, but we encountered an immediate inconvenience. There was only one luggage trolley available for the entire hotel, and we had to wait 30 minutes for other guest to return it to the lobby (Per Hotel Staff they only had one trolley . Upon entering our room, we discovered that both queen beds were in poor condition. The bed near the window made noise with the slightest touch, and both beds were sinking, causing significant discomfort and back pain. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean. There were handprints on the wall and a dirty soap area, which made us feel very uncomfortable using the bath tub area. The Internet on the 4 floor was not working most of the time for all our gadgets, when informed the receptionist was told to re-start or our gadgets, did same but same situation. We reported all these issues to the receptionist during checkout and showed them pictures of the bathroom as well. They provided us GM contact info and asked us to email him, I sent email to GM with pics received no response so finally posted our stay experience here.
