AC Hotel Phoenix Tempe/Downtown

I recently stayed here for business and had a fantastic experience! The location couldn’t have been better—conveniently situated near everything I needed, with easy access to local attractions and great spots to explore. What really stood out, though, was the service at the hotel restaurant. Chandler and Victoria went above and beyond to make our meals memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that made the whole stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Tempe—great location, great service, and a team that clearly cares about your experience!

Great, friendly service throughout hotel! Especially the morning breakfast staff, Renee, Chandler and Victoria. But everyone was so helpful, nice and accommodating. Rooms very clean and spacious. |Great location too! Right across from “A” mountain and stadium. Close to Mill street with lots of restaurants and stores. There is a great pool and fitness center too!

I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received from Katya, Quinn, Carlota & Chandler at the AC hotel in Tempe. |I travelled there for business to receive my knee robotic certification in July of last year and January of this year as well as Hip training certification in May. |These Stryker trainings are very intense and challenging. To be able to come have breakfast and have Chandler remember my name on this last trip was incredible to me. He remembered me from my previous stays. As well as did Quinn & Katya. To have dinner, drinks and good conversation in the evenings after our intense trainings was such a wonderful thing. They all went above and beyond to make sure we had the best service and interacted with our crew by listening engaging and making sure we didn’t go without. They were professional, kind and really represented this hotel well. I will absolutely return on my own personally, simply because of the service I received here. |Thank you to whoever chose to hire such qualified individuals who go the extra mile.

Katya is such a great bartender and she is so personable. I had such a great time at the hotel and especially at the pool. The front desk is super nice and very accommodating to every request. I really appreciated a clean room to walk into ever day and 2 hydrating waters in my fridge!

Great hotel for my work trip! Chandler at the breakfast was amazing! I have never had such personalized service from a server during a hotel stay like that before. He remembered our drinks/coffee orders and was constantly checking in. Rooms were in great condition with waterfall showers. Pool was excellent with nice views. Bartended were funny and responsive and the food was great. Would definitely recommend.

We came here for a weekend getaway. We reserved the best room available, king Suit. However we preferred having the river view so Faye at the front desk took the time to walk us up to show us the other room options. Very cool! After switching, the next morning the girls at the bar stayed open for us so we could enjoy breakfast. Rene and Victoria made sure we have everything we needed before they shut down the kitchen. Apart from being a very nice hotel with perfect location and very comfortable beds, we've never experienced such great customer service. Great job everyone!

My experience at the AC hotel was excellent. The staff was attentive and kind. The bar and lounge area was super cozy and Katya took very good care of me and made amazing drinks. Katya had great recommendations on food and bars around town. Overall great experience!

The hotel staff is incredible. Chandler greets you every morning at breakfast and is always eager to serve. Then end the night in the lobby with the great company of Katya and Quinn, great atmosphere and super friendly. I will definitely come back outside of business just for leisure.
