OYO Hotel Yuma AZ - I-8/US-95

DO NOT STAY HERE.. it has changed, stayed here several years in a row and liked it a lot. Now owned by SLEAZE BAGS. Dirty, rents to illegals, don't clean rooms, also try to get your money back from them for legitimate cancellations is IMPOSSIBLE. They conventionally lose your information. And for a decent breakfast, in your dreams. DO NOT STAY HERE...

Positive: When I travel with my wife I have to stay in an expensive, nice place. When I travel by myself I am looking for value. This motel is short on amenities but I rented it at a great price. If someone is into saving money on stays this one is great. Negative: Just not much in the way of extras. No maid service. I brought my own coffee pot & some quality coffee which was a good idea.

Positive: I received a great rate of $--- a night so I did not expect great amenities. Negative: Tried to check in on Sunday afternoon, no one on duty. Big problem. No maid service for the 4 nights I stayed there & almost no other services. That's O.K. as I stayed for the price. I would recommend it for someone who needs an inexpensive room.

This place was horrible. I booked 2 queen beds online through hotels.com and when we showed up they said they only had a 1 king. Turns out the rooms were bot cleaned. Waited in the parking lot for them to clean and when we finally were handed the keys the front desk man told me to go check out the room first before I had to pay. Kind of strange i’ve never been asked that before. Then, sheets were stained, room smelled like sewage and cigarettes. When I woke up for work the next morning I woke up to ants and roaches crawling everywhere. I quickly canceled and booked somewhere else.

The room was big and have microwave and cooler and it's clean 👌 and the price was so affordable I recommend this place if for short term but the only thing I didn't like the bed it's uncomfortable but other than that it's good

If I hadn't gotten in so late, I probably would've changed where I stayed. I went to the wrong Oyo first, and thank God I didn't have to stay there. It felt really seedy it looked kind of dilapidated. The host was really nice and even stood outside with me when my Lyft driver came back to get me to take me to the other Oyo location. Again, the man was quite nice who was helping me but right outside the office. It looks like a small dump with old furniture and metal stuff piled up by the office. The room was clean, that's why they gave them two stars. But it wasn't nice. It felt like they haven't put anything new in it since about the 1960s. The bed was decently comfortable and I actually slept pretty well. The air conditioner worked. And yet it was a far cry from anywhere I would stay again. I for sure would pay another $30 to upgrade to a place that felt safer and newer.

Great value! Large room with full kitchen. A/C was cold and quiet. Very helpful staff. The exterior needs some TLC but don’t let that worry you. Very happy with our stay.

If I could give this place zero stars or negative stars I would the room was hot. We had to go buy two fans. They gave us the fan and it was still hot.
