NillI love the location and its convenience to downtown. Having a half kitchen is nice for long stays, but really need a two burner stove top and small dual use oven/microwave. Those appliances conveniences are being offered by other hotel brands. The breakfast… 👎👎 not really a benefit… the cooked foods are sub par, the french toast and turkey bacon are always very hard to chew or cut. Turkey jerky!! I think you can do better for a Hilton property. Otherwise property is clean, quiet, and staff is extremely helpful and polite. Wish I could rate it better.

★★★★★Great location right in downtown Yuma, with friendly service and new facilities. The beds were comfy, including the pull-out sofa which wasn't bad as far as those go. The room accommodated all three of us with our own beds with ample space. That blackout shade was like a bank vault, the hotel was very quiet, and there were lots of outlets to choose from. Quiet and effective air conditioning. Overall it was a very comfortable room with all of the space and amenities we needed for a friend's night out and a comfy rest afterwards.

★★★★★Full disclosure, Home 2 is our favorite hotel chain and we have stayed at many of them. Home 2 Pivot Point did not disappoint and I am hard pressed to find anything negative about our stay. Clean, well kept building with nice outdoor areas(pool and sitting), and a great gym. Staff were always friendly and you cannot beat the location. Walking distance to historic downtown, Colorado River and Territorial Jail State Parks, and amazing trail network along the river and canals. Awesome stay, thank you.

NillThis hotel is great. Clean rooms, comfortable pillows and beds, and very spacious. The customer service I received from Crystal & Mark was incredible! I left my pillows there and they went above and beyond to ship them to my destination. Very patient, thoughtful, and caring. Great hotel to stay at.

★★Due to dietary restrictions We needed a room with a cook top, pans and utensils to cook with. I called the hotel and they confirmed there was a kitchenette, we could reserve an induction cook top and they supplied the pans. We got there and was given an electric fry pan that was severely scratched in the non stick coating. We were unable to prepare the food we traveled with. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Walls are thin, was unable to go to sleep due to the guest in the room next to us partying past 11:30 pm. I tried to call the front desk to notify of the noise and the room phone did not work!!! |We love staying at Hilton properties but this property has a lot to come up to the Hilton standards we are used to.

NillI've stayed here with the family a few times now and it is always great! The room we got this time was a little less clean than usual but nothing that inhibited us from enjoying our stay. Just a lot of markings on the wall and it seemed like the room could have used an extra vacuum around the window area. One thing we really appreciate is the kid-friendliness. I've never been concerned with anything in the room being a problem. Two things that were a little odd this time were lack of emergency kit and smoking by the entryway. I got a minor cut and asked for bandaids, however, the front desk said they couldn't help me as they didn't have any. Yikes! I'd highly advise a cheap emergency kit off Amazon or something. I usually carry one myself too but didn't have it easily accessible at that time. For the smoking, it's never been an issue before but the designated smoking area is really close to the entry area. I thought they had to be more than 50 feet from entrances in Arizona but maybe I'm wrong on that. Regardless, I wish they would move the designated smoking area! Smelled awful as we were unpacking and checking in. From a location point of view, this hotel is in a great spot! Easy to walk to the downtown Yuma area, easy to walk to a nearby part of the Colorado River, and very close to Tesla chargers if that matters to you. In general, a great location. Anyway, should you stay here, I hope you enjoy it as much as we always do!

NillFloors must be wood and not concrete. All I heard all night was the person walking from one side of their room to the other. Sounded like they were either obese or wearing concrete shoes. Beautiful hotel and nice staff but the purpose was to sleep. I am extremely tired and need to drive 8 hours now.
