Holiday Inn Yuma, an IHG Hotel

Nice rooms and very nicely design. Clean room. This location is nicer than the other locations I've stayed in. Staff was okay they were nice. But seem lost and not listening to what I say or hard hearing. Also, it a good location near mall and restaurants. Yuma a pretty nice place. The only other issues is there no complimentary breakfast. Got pay for it at the restaurant that in the hotel. It also a quiet location.

Absolutely no complaints. Easy to find, easy to check in. Very friendly staff. Came back to our room this afternoon after housekeeping had come in. The room was cleaned perfectly and the housekeeper even went above and beyond to place a baby pillow we carry with us in the center of the bed. It’s the little things that make us happy. Thank you to the employee for such a sweet detail you added.

Very clean and modern hotel. Front desk staff professional and personable. The bed was super comfy and I actually slept well! Used the hot tub a couple of times and it was toasty and clean! We ate at Burger Theory one night and the food was delish. Housekeeping amazing and clean rooms. Wi-Fi was a little slow to remote into work.

We stay here every year for the MATO car show and we always enjoy our stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean and it’s great that they clean/service the room everyday, unlike some hotels who only do it on request. There is a little bit of noise from the highway but for the most part the rooms are pretty quiet. The free shuttle service is also a plus and Jacob, our driver, was super friendly and courteous. The front desk staff was helpful and welcoming.

Bar staff great and food was good. I had the hot wings one night and a burger another night. Both were great and the service was prompt. The room was comfortable but the bed could be a little better especially the pillows. It’s fine for sleeping on but not for propping up to read or watch TV.

Easy checkin. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room with nice plugin stations throughout the room. Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, roll around desk and the bed is super comfy. One of the nicer Holiday Inns we have stayed in. We notified the front desk of a USB port not working and he put in a work order right then. Impressive.

This was my first stay at this site but I've been to many others. This was exceptional. The service was genuinely kind and helpful, accommodating. The room was clean and the bathroom bright, large and the walk-in shower was so huge and sparkling clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I go again to Yuma, this is where I'll stay!

We crossed into the United States (border) and it was late. We live in Phoenix and I could not risk being tired and driving a few more hours. We checked in at 12am and the check in was fast, the receptionist gave us a quick overview of doors, elevators and amenities, gave me the room key and on our way! Room was clean! Cold! perfect to rest! Next morning, nice powerful Hot shower, free hot Coffee in our way out. No complaints. We will be back again to Holiday Inn in Yuma if we need too.
