NillNot sure what everyone else was talking about, my room was awesome! I booked a stay for 3 nights (128/ night) and they gave me the queen suite option because I’m alone and can't share a bathroom. It had a bedroom, bathroom with two showers, a kitchen, 2 tv’s, and a living room with a pull out couch that can fit 2 people. The bedroom itself has a fan and a hidden ac unit next to the bed by the window. The living room doesn’t really have its own ac unit, but they provide a portable standing fan with cool/heat options + the ceiling fan. There’s free laundry access!! Bring your own detergent though. I loved the location too because it’s right across the shopping center. Walls/ floors were a little thin but everyone was nice and polite and quiet (except for one night when somebody threw a party lol). I’d stay here again if I ever visit SD again :)

NillSuper thankful to have been able to stay on base for my sons graduation. We got to stay in the officer quarters which were really nice. It took me a little bit to figure out how to pull out the pull out bed but we got it. Comfortable and affordable. Also had beautiful views and wild life we got to see on base. You get to hear and see the recruits being marched around which is really cool too! Thank you for offering this service to family members of graduates. We really appreciated the room and experience.

NillKind and helpful staff, rented a room for two days after grad day and access to everything is just a short walk for all services that you could need

NillIt's true this place isn't grand but it gets the job done. It doesn't have heat so if you like to be warm I would stay elsewhere or bring a heated blanket.

NillWe loved staying here for our daughter's Family Day and Graduation August 11, 2023. We stayed for three nights and I have to say, the room had everything we needed and more. We did not spend much time in the room- we were too busy enjoying the shops, bowling alley, pub and games. For such a small base, it really has all you need. San Diego is beautiful...so much to do...but with all of the happenings on base, we had little motivation to even leave. The staff at billeting were so accommodating and very kind. We loved our stay and highly recommend that if you are coming to celebrate your loved one becoming a Marine- skip the 400 dollar a night hotel and stay here. You will love it! Oh- NO A/C- I am from Texas and did not care- a fan was enough. The rooms were clean.....If your recruit could do on less- so can you...

NillI really love staying here. This is my second time staying here and I'll be coming back again soon. The prices are reasonable, the rooms are roomy and bright. The staff is the best in the business!! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend! A+++

NillThe TVs are really out of date and small, the heating is broken, I have to share a bathroom, and the Wi-Fi connection is not good. If you intend to stay here for more than a week, you are wasting your money.
