Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Loveland

Our stay was really nice! The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. The kitchen could have been better with the addition of silverware, knifes, small utensils and a mixing bowl. Not a deal breaker, so be aware that if you plan to cook anything other than in the microwave- you’ll likely need to bring these items. I was pleasantly surprised about how quiet my room was even though there were lots of guests. One negative was that we booked a mobility room and found the toilet to be lower than expected. I asked at the front desk if they had rooms with taller (chair height) toilets and was told that all rooms had the same height. There were several grab bars and the shower was phenomenal in terms of accessibility as well as an extra long shower wand for those who need a shower in a seating position. Overall, it was an exceptional value for the amenities and I would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is right off of 25 making it easy for getting to And returning throughout your stay. I love that it has a full-size refrigerator and freezer. I love that they serve breakfast at 6 AM with hot and cold options. We love Dean because he makes being up so early a pleasant experience. He also makes a homemade salsa that is delicious that I ate with my eggs. I don’t need fancy, I like the fact that it feels like an extended home.

The location was great for our needs. The room was clean. Staff were friendly. However, we paid for a one-bedroom suite and only received a standard room. Also, the kitchen was under-supplied with only 1 plate, 1 bowl, 1 spoon, 2 forks, 1 knife, and no paper towels or dish towels. Also, one of the burners on the 2-burner cooktop was broken. For a nearly-new hotel, this was disappointing.

Everything is wonderful. Staff great. Bed comfortable. I do wish breakfast had more choices . Muffins etc. But otherwise breakfast very good. Shower was nice and warm. I felt very safe, which is a big thing to me. I stay here often and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I lost my wallet on my way here. So sense I reserved the room with my card they still used it, but they had to use my wife's card for the deposit... The next morning at 5 am a charge on my wife's card popped up. When we confronted them about it the man snatched my wife's phone and took pictures of the text message from our bank with our bank info after they had used it without our consent they were photographing our bank info and then tried to convince her it was taxes why the money came out. I do this for a living (work on the road) we know better. Now we have to wait for the manager while this guy says I don't think it's your fault but it's not my fault. So bottom line after they get your card information they might take extra money out. Gave them opportunity to fix it and even though our bank clearly shows this hotel charged us this money they are claiming they didn't that our bank did it. Now we have to dispute it at the bank and shut my wife's card down! It's a nice hotel but there's shady behavior with people's debit card information. I would suggest paying in cash

Definitely had such a great stay! If the opportunity ever presents itself, we will be returning. Thank you for such great hospitality, easy check in, super clean rooms and accommodations. You guys are outstanding!

Positive: Fast fiber optic internet, large LG flat screens with great sound quality with nice bass, medium sized fridge/freezer separate refrigerator, 1200watt microwave, full size dishwasher, lots of open room space, seems like 500sqft. Negative: Always missing some kitchen utensils, glasses or mugs, call the front desk and they will bring it up.

Great place to stay, beautiful view of sunset in back of Hotel, Mountain View from front of Hotel. Retail shopping area super close, Complimentary breakfast was great!! Coffee was amazingly good.Rooms were nice sized and the direct TV was a plus. We had a suite so the kitchenette came in handy. Staff was also friendly especially the older gentleman that worked overnight, he chatted with us every day during breakfast and was so helpful & sweet! Definitely coming back next year!
