Housekeeping and maintenance need a bit of work. Arrived and found the wall-mounted soap and shampoo dispensers on the shower floor along with some broken plastic, but no major spills and all dispensers still functional, if not convenient. Toilet paper only had 1/4 roll and no replacement. Found a few hairs on the sheets, pillow case and on one towel in the bathroom. Also discovered the workout room doesn't appear to be used or cleaned much--floor was filthy, water dispenser was empty and there were tissues in the room. Cleanliness was not impressive. ||One last downside is the water pressure--it is pretty minimal and when I tried to adjust the shower head to a different setting to improve the pressure, the nozzle adjustment would not move, but rather the entire head began to unscrew from the main pipe. So I dealt with low pressure and just took longer to shower and rinse.||I mentioned all of these problems to the front desk and the young man there was polite and thanked me for notifying them of the issues, handed me a roll of toilet paper and simply moved on to the next guest. ||On the bright side, the room itself was spacious, nicely laid out and quiet. The breakfast was good as well, with hot food, good variety and staff keeping up with demand. This place has great potential but misses the mark.

To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback on my recent stay at the Wingate. Compared to my last visit in November 2024—when the refrigerator didn’t work, the Wi-Fi had issues, and the front desk staff seemed indifferent—this trip was definitely an improvement. The room was clean, the refrigerator worked perfectly, and the front desk team this time around was friendly and welcoming. That said, there were still a few things that could be improved. The tissue box in the bathroom only had two tissues left, and the office chair in the room was broken—it wouldn’t raise or stay in place. I had planned to get some work done during my stay, but the chair made that pretty uncomfortable. Also, the elevator button was broken and each ride had a faint burning smell, which was a little unsettling. Despite those issues, I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly attitude of the staff. The online rate was budget-friendly, which was a big plus. Overall, this stay was a much better experience than last year, and I want to thank everyone at Wingate for the improvements. Sincerely, David

Beds and pillows were amazing, room was clean. Breakfast was awesome. Safe did not work in either room. Another point for safety, especially women traveling alone, our room numbers were announced aloud in front of other guests at the front desk and also at the gym. That should be kept private between the guest and the hotel employee.

I love this place and I will be staying there again soon. The Shower was the best I have had in 10 hotels. Really nice volume and intensity. Plenty hot too. The Breakfast buffet was also better than average. The Powdered Eggs have to go, but the Turkey Sausage both Patties and Links, were very good. Hot waffles on demand, were available but being diabetic I could not partake personally. That's why I wish they had Fresh Scrambled Eggs. Still I was impressed. The rooms were, clean and nicely appointed. The guest reception area was also quite nice. I will stay here again the next time I am in Loveland.

My two year old and I really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean rooms fresh towels nice staff. Really enjoyed the breakfast you've got cereal for the little ones if they don't want the hot breakfast. Was a nice place to stay while spending the evenings looking at Christmas lights. Thank you for making out stay memorable we'll be back!

First visit and I'm impressed. I'm also a little surprised at how 'inexpensive ', (approx $75 - We booked online) Wingate actually was. We were on the second floor and could actually see our vehicles in the parking lot. This place is pet/dog friendly, which is nice to know for pet owners! The room size was perfect, the bathroom was awesome, with lots of space to move around. There are full size bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (cucumber scent), and the tub was actually CLEAN. Beds were firm but wonderful. Room temp was consistent and perfect, not too hot or too cold. Everything worked as it should, nothing leaking or falling off the wall.... lol. Updated, modern, clean, and roomy! My only complaint is that the housekeeper knocked on our door at 9:30 and before my husband could get to the door, she had let herself in, opening the door as my husband was about to - As I explained to the front desk attendant, we are 'old folks', takes us a little longer to get to our destination, and that the housekeeper 'jumped the gun', so to speak. The breakfast was on a whole different level than other hotels we've stayed at in the area, potatoes, eggs, sausage, English muffins, etc. I'd definitely recommend Wingate to anyone looking for the best accomodations for your money!

I read many reviews before my visit here. I expected more. The clerk was helpful and friendly. The room appeared clean and fresh. After spending more time in the room I noticed the bottom of my socks were dirty, the television did not work, and the bath tub didn't hold water long. Plus the water was not hot to my liking. I let the clerk know that the TV didn't work. I never heard back. Later, I went to talk to clerk again only to find they changed shifts and that he was not able to deal with those issues. It was a frustrating experience.

Wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the lobby and rooms were very clean and well maintained. The pool is also very nice and has a large hot tub! I highly recommend this hotel weather your on business, through, or staying for vacation!
