NillThis is my fourth stay at the Longmont visiting family. Great staff always cheerful and helpful. The room services by housekeeping is always great. I would happy to say I would highly recommend this hotel. Jodi the assistant manager, helped me immensely extended my stay. Got me exact room on the ground floor. Thank you. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.

★★★★Great hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Excercise room was new and easily accessible. Excellent room accomodations with access to frig, micro wave and table. The breakfast selection was lacking and less than what was offered at other hotels. I would expect scrambled eggs, some type of sweet roll and higher quality meat.

NillThis hotel is incredibly quiet, with a lot of business people coming and going. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious—you could make your own breakfast sandwich, grill, and even sit by the fireplace outside. They’re also puppy-friendly and donate a bag of food to a shelter in place of a room fee. The laundry service was quick and efficient, with a $3 per load rate and the ability to use your phone. Also Sol19 has some great yoga, and modern market has fresh food. I can’t wait for my next stay there this week.

NillWe stayed for 3 nights over the Memorial Day weekend. It was a bit of a rough stay! Our key cards constantly had to be rekeyed by the front desk. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 10pm. We had to stand outside in the pouring rain and wait for the fire department to come. Both of these I can understand as things happen. What I can’t understand is why they don’t serve breakfast on Memorial Days???? Humans at hotels don’t eat on Memorial Days? Or any holiday? Any hotel offering breakfast should provide it every single day of the year. Hotel guests rely on breakfast service. It is ridiculous that we were not offered breakfast because their staff takes holidays off.

★★We stayed for 3 Nights over the Memorial Day weekend. When we went down for breakfast on Memorial Day, the buffet was closed. Apparently they don’t serve breakfast on holidays. Guess they think hotel guests won’t be hungry on major holidays? Very frustrating. Any hotel offering breakfast should offer it all days of the year, as travelers rely on hotel breakfast! I only select hotels which offer breakfast as it is a major convenience when traveling. Very frustrating!

NillNice place. Had a mostly excellent experience. Just about a perfect hotel except for a few things: No half and half or cream for coffee (they have a fridge at the breakfast for every other kind of milk product, but just offer fake chemical creamers. If I stay here again I will have to bring my own in a cooler. ) The hallways have some kind of air freshener that is not pleasant. If you have any chemical sensitivities, be advised, you might have to mask up to travel in the hallways. After I arrived home, I found an email from the hotel telling me I needed to pay $12 for parking or might be towed. Since this info was not in the app I used, I had no idea. Luckily, since I was only there for one night, I was not towed--but that seems kind of crazy for a hotel parking lot. Loved the location and the room, so might stay here again.

★★★★★Excellent service!!! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modern decor of the lobby.||The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I could need—comfortable bedding, a spotless bathroom, and a breathtaking view. Housekeeping was thorough, ensuring everything was fresh and tidy throughout my stay.

NillThe hotel housekeeping was impeccable. The room was big and well equipped, though the furniture is dated. The one complaint I had the 2 elevators were out of service. I had to do 4 round trips on the stairs, very difficult with a right knee injury from a separate incident, not at the hotel. One elevator was brought to service around 2:30 pm.
