My Place Hotel-Loveland, CO

The whole staff was awesome and the rooms were clean. I highly recommend staying at the My Place hotel in Loveland when you are visiting Loveland Colorado. The rooms have a full size fridge and cook tops just in case you are trying to save some funds for other activities.

We stayed at My Place hotel which was a short trip from Ft Collins where we attended a Colo State University graduation. We were greeted warmly both earlier in the day and upon returning after the ceremony and dinner. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to the highway but did not hear the traffic. We liked the convenience and ease of getting in and out. Beds were nice and bathroom sparkled. No complaints. Will be back!

I recently had a terrible experience with My Place Hotel in Loveland, CO. I made a reservation for May 8-9, a full four weeks in advance, but unfortunately had to cancel. To my dismay, I discovered that they have a strict no-refund policy, which was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. Despite having insurance on the reservation, it didn't matter to them at all. They refused to provide any form of reimbursement, which is absolutely ridiculous and completely unreasonable, especially given the advance notice and the insurance coverage. It's clear that this hotel is more interested in making a quick buck than in providing fair and transparent service to its customers. I would strongly advise against booking with them, as their policies are predatory and customer-unfriendly. Avoid this place at all costs!

The trucks are sometimes noisey from the Hwy, and for me the mattress is hard, but the staff very friendly and extra accommodating. The internet can be spotty but they were great with my dog. Basic good kitchen features and very clean. Good value for the money

My place is a great hotel with an awesome staff the goes above and beyond the call of duty. You can cook in your room if you are looking to save some money on meals. Most hotels only have mini fridges. My Place offers full size fridges, convenient for those of us who like to cook our own food. And just in case you want someone else to cook, its conveniently located around multiple restaurants of your choosing. It's only minutes away from lake Loveland and a short drive from the mountains and Estes Park.

Don't bother. They neglect maintenance so your room might be like ours and have a toilet that doesn't function a recliner that needs to go into the dumpster. On the positive, the bed was comfortable and James was super helpful in getting a functional room. The other staff spent their time smoking pot and cigs right near the front door. We plan to check My Place off our list of places to stay long or short term.

Absolutely dishonest and untrained ill prepared staff. We called and stated we would be late we were told that’s fine and upon arrival we were told they didn’t have a room for us and tried to charge us double. We are marked as a no show when we had communicated. They have refused a refund and made over $1000 on one room by their dishonest practices. It is apparently a habit after reading the reviews. Shame on me for not doing my research.

Location was easy - right off the interstate with easy parking. The area seemed pretty quiet. They do offer breakfast - but at a cost. Stood and waited at front desk a bit to check in and had to use a lobby phone to call someone to come help us. We noticed this happen to a few others as well. Not very welcoming... The room we were given smelled very much of wet dog. We thought it would eventually go away with the window open and a fan going but no such luck. It made all of our luggage stink as well. We should have asked for a new room right away - that was our mistake. We did mention the issue to an employee as we were leaving and they said that's typically the room they give to people with dogs. We did not have a dog, so not sure why we were stuck in that room. Unfortunately we won't be returning customers.
