Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland Conference Center

I have stayed here several times including a two week stay for work. I love the rooms and the courtyard. The bar is great, breakfast is great and the in house food is decent. Unfortunately, the last time I stayed I had a vehicle and although the parking is open you have to pay. Paying is not necessarily a deal breaker but using the third party administrator they use is absolutely ridiculous. They require you to verify your phone number and email, for parking??? Who do they think they are? Thinking back I should have just left even if they refused a refund, just to be clear I never asked for a refund so I'm not saying they did refuse. I have no interest in some unknown parking company having that info or going through the painful verification process just to park my car. Sadly they crossed a line in my book and as much as I have enjoyed staying there I will stay at another hotel up the road going forward.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff has been wonderful, the beds sleep so comfortably and the breakfast was good. The TVs in our suite kept freezing. I only stay at Hilton hotels and I've noticed that's been a frequent problem at different Hilton hotels in multiple states. Our bathroom sink didn't have any hot water, but other than those two minor things, I truly enjoyed my stay!

I was recently a presenter at a large scale conference. I checked in the night before and was greeted and treated warmly. I asked if I could get into the breakout room that I would be presenting in the next day. Although the area had been closed, the manager personally came out, greeted me and walked me to the room. He waited and chatted with me while I checked the technology and my setup. He also offered to provide additional support if needed. That was excellent customer service when many would have said no. His gracious action allowed me to rest easy. Thank you, Paul, for being an exemplary host!

Check in was wonderful. We had a great employee that was so helpful and friendly. Wonderful exceptionally clean, spacious room. The managers reception was great! Pool was nice and warm. Work out room was great! Breakfast was wonderful! I’ve stayed at many many hotels around the United States and this one was by far THE BEST!!

We stay every year at this hotel for a fundraiser. The staff are friendly helpful and kind. Eric the General manager is one of the hardest workers. He goes above and beyond to get what we need done completed. Rooms are spacious clean and nice….Blackout curtains will make you wanna sleep all day. You can hear a bit of the highway traffic but I’m a light sleeper and wear earplugs and sleep like a baby there with no issues. The breakfast in the morning is great!!! Fresh pancakes and made to order omelettes are exceptional and the green chili is delicious! Morgan who makes the green chili rocks and she and the breakfast team whips up an omelette like it’s nothing! It makes you want to come back for more. She is the kindest, pleasant, and amazing chef! I stay all over the world in hotels. This one is a gem in Loveland.

Was in town for Hubby's heart surgery. Wanted a room that he could rest, and we wouldn't disturb him. Embassy always comes thru. There were three employees that made our stay better. Heather at the Front Desk, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Greg at the Managers Reception, (wish the receptions were still what they were 25 years ago...lol), and Rachael at the bar, helped us get our Room service order. All was great! We have stayed here before, and will again......

Good morning, Allison & Sydney~I would like to thank both of you and the entire team at Embassy (waitstaff, chefs, bar tenders, event schedulers, room service, housekeeping, and more!) for the incredible job all of you did for my family during their stay for my mom's memorial service. We were so comforted knowing that you had everything taken care of for all of us. The private dining room was a perfect place for all of us to gather after the service. You provided us a safe, warm and inviting setting with our own private wait staff allowing us to eat, enjoy each other's company and share memories comfortably. Despite this being on the same night as one of your largest, most formal, & highest attended events of the year, we were cared for like we were the only people you had there. Thank you for all of your hard work, follow through, and professionalism. We will never forget it and we will DEFINITELY be returning. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you at ES. Megan Freeman and the Murphy Family.

We just stayed at the Embassy Suites Loveland this past weekend so we wouldn’t have to drive back and forth to my daughter’s volleyball tourney from Denver. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were greeted warmly by Kyle at Reception. We were an hour early so our room wasn’t ready but Kyle proceeded to offer us various alternatives so we wouldn’t have to wait. He was great about telling us where everything was, pointing out the Manager’s reception, free breakfast hours etc. but what really was great was the banter back and fourth we had with him. He had us laughing and joking around with him while being very professional and getting us thru the check in process quickly and smoothely. All the other staff members we encountered over the weekend all were very friendly and exceeded our expectations too. Our room was spotless and so comfortable. We love staying at Embassy Suites whenever we travel but this property in particular, really shined.
