Candlewood Suites Loveland by IHG

I hope the door in the stairwell nearest the interstate is fixed by the time I come back next. Other than this (major safety issue if there was a fire!) it was a pretty much perfect place to stay. My only other complaint was the toilet was far too close to the vanity and if I was any bigger of a person it may have been impossible to use the toilet. Stay was great and the hotel very clean even though it was being worked on. I enjoy staying where I have access to a kitchenette and this place was perfect for that.

This inn has great potential but the remodeling was very poor the bathroom vanity is so big you can’t sit on the toilet, there is no place to put the toilet paper so it just sits on the toilet. Paint and drywall work is junk there is paint on everything, nothing worked no ice in the refrigerators the have makers but don’t work checked in two rooms, microwave didn’t work had to switch rooms, to a down greased room very disappointed, moved into my second room the smoke detector was pulled down from the ceiling and covered with a plastic bag, staying here for a code conference as a fire inspector that was a big NO told them about it never came to fix it I did it myself the second day I was there. Just slip shot work and no accountability for room amenities. Had to go ask for a pan to cook in when my microwave didn’t work.

I was shocked by the condition of the room. The curtains were COVERED in visible stains and nobody did anything about it before renting out the room. It looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and the shower wasn’t maintained. This place would actually be great if they just cleaned it occasionally, but right now it’s just gross

This place is gross. Like stains all over the curtains, bathroom floor not cleaned before check in, wear flip flops in the shower gross. Giving 2 stars because staff was helpful, but we got forced to stay here when the whole area sold out for an event. I will drive home 2 hours in a snowstorm before I stay here again.

Im a big fan of Candlewood however, this property has been under construction for a year or more however, the construction company has done a very poor job of remodeling the motel. everywhere are paint drips on the floor the walls with large cracks. They built the bathroom vanity so close to the toliet one cannot barely sit down. the bathtub had a large patch in the bottom and the walls had patches all over the room and it appears that amateurs done the work. They were painting the lobby ceiling while i was staying and had paint drips all over their brand new tile flooring. All of the bathroom fixtures were loose. We had a decent stay. We love the fact that our small dog can stay with us however, in the future we will look for alternative places to stay.

Greeted at desk by friendly person. Room was nicely decorated. Very clean bathroom. The bed turned out to be comfortable. And the best part as a rewards member, I was able to request a room away from the elevator! Thanks for a great stay!!

I love staying at this hotel. It’s always very cleaned and the receptionist is so helpful. Every time I go to Loveland, Colorado I choose this hotel. Thank you!
