The most delightful little mom and pop inn. Great location off freeway ( but not that far) Very clean and well appointed. Quiet. Walkable to the center of town. Safe area. It is a remote access but don't let that deter you! You will not be disappointed.

Very pleased with our stay! It was a little bit of an odd check in as you don’t not see anyone. A room number and code to the door is texted to you after 3 PM but we were pleasantly surprised walking into our little cozy room complete with a couch, bar area, comfy bed and nice clean bathroom area! This is a no frills place with no coffee maker or extras..however I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

The place is really well kept and nice, super clean, feels safe, good sized suite /room! The communication with the staff was easy too, they were attentive and nice. We loved the place sooo much with only one complaint: the bed. The bed was small for a couple and really uncomfortable. We were sinking on it, kinda going to one side, terrible for the back and uncomfortable. But other than that the room was spotless, bathroom and shower super nice as well. We also had two working air conditioners in our suite, so the temperature was perfect during our stay. The mini fridge actually cooled down pretty well - something that is hard to find in hotels! They always seem not to be working properly. Nice flowers in the yard and quiet neighbors. If the bed was comfortable it would be a place someone could stay long term.

I travel a lot and stay in motels. This was a refreshing change from the big chains. Room was well appointed, clean and quiet. The outdoor garden space was nice. Check in was easy. This was the best place I have stayed in quite a while.

I would highly advise against booking here if you are a) concerned there will be any chance of your reservation changing and/or b) you appreciate attentive and responsive customer service. In short, I booked a room through Expedia and nowhere did it say what the cancelation policy was. I changed jobs, no longer needed the room, and tried to cancel four weeks ahead of time. I was informed by a woman in reservations that they would charge me 50% of the room rate, because that was the policy. I explained my work situation and she advised me to talk to Joe, the inn keeper. At this point I have called Joe 5 times with no response. I called again today and talked to the inn keeper, who let me know that "yeah, he got your message and he's not changing the rules." When I asked her why no return phone call at least, she said "I just don't think he's going to call you back. I don't know what to tell ya." I honestly have never had a hotel/motel experience that was this unprofessional, nor one that has had such a harsh policy with no mention of it ANYWHERE. Do yourself a favor and stay at a more well-known property with much better customer service.

Adorable room! Bed was incredibly comfy. Room was very clean. The only thing I would change is the shower head. It’s a light trickle which made it difficuly to get the soap out of my hair. I would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Crest Motel. We found it charming. Our room was uniquely decorated. The courtyard is lovely with places to sit and mood lighting in the evenings. It’s kind of a cross between a vacation rentals by owner with a homeo eclectic feel and an overnight stay in a hotel. While there are amenities, normally found in the hotel that are missing such as an ice machine or a hairdryer, there are also beautiful little sitting areas as well as some fun, unique things in each room. We would absolutely stay here again. It was a good value for the money, as well as being a very enjoyable stay.

Very nice motel. It’s an older motel that has been renovated. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Had a refrigerator, microwave, comfortable temperature, and nice modern sink area. I liked the contactless check-in and check-out - communication was quick and easy. Great for a stay when you don’t need a pool or breakfast.
