NillWe stayed at the Red roof inn in New London, CT many times and will continue to go back there anytime we're in town. The staff is so amazing they go beyond there job to make sure that your family is comfortable while you stay there. Johnny the owner is a amazing gentleman.The housekeepers work so hard cleaning the rooms and making sure every room has clean sheets and blankets and Towels. Whenever my family stays there we feel so comfortable and safe. Thank you Johnny and staff you make us feel like family, When we stay .

NillWe checked in easily with no issues. When we got to the room it was open and some outside workers plugged their tools into the room. The receptionist fixed the issue quickly. Once in the room, there was a very strong smell of bleach. I sat on the bed and I realised my jeans had been bleached all over from the bed. The reception did not do anything to compensate my jeans that was more expensive than the room. They did gave us a complimentary room upgrade like they made us a favor. The new room is dirty, the bed is not comfortable and I am worried to touch anything to not have bleach all over me again. The place is also far from everything. Overall, very bad experience.

NillStay elsewhere! Fake 5-star reviews are not helping anyone here. Kitchenette is just an extra sink and bigger fridge. Bathtub was rusty and gross. Toilet tank had a mismatched lid that didn’t cover it. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night when at least a dozen bugs appeared all over the floor and walls. Small roaches maybe. New room was not in any better condition except no visible bugs, though it smelled like someone had been smoking in there. Outdoor door handle seemed like it was about to fall off.

NillI honestly have never had an issue with red roof of any kind before but this experience was just unacceptable. I had pre booked and prepaid for the largest room type the king suite. Upon arrival to the red roof I was told that there was a problem with the rooms system and that they would be "upgrading me". The upgrade included charging me the same price for a smaller room. I sais out loud to the satff that it wasnt necessarily an upgrade, but as long as it caught me a room.I was okay with it. Upon entering the room we were met with the overwhelming smell of mildew and mold. The bed was about the only clean thing in the room. There was dirty counters, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, mold in the air conditioner/ heater, mold on the safe and mold in the coffee pot. The room looked like it had been used and slapped together quickly. In the morning I went to the desk and made my concerns and complaints known to the day staff and they told me that the night girls had most likely double booked my original room and given me a dirty room. Of course there was no manager present so I asked that she take my name and phone number so that they could contact me when available.

NillIts not at all studio hotel. Just adding kitchen sink does not make it studio. Room was so small. There are other hotel in are which give free breakfast even with lower than this price. All 5 star reviews seems to be fake.
