Regency Inn and Suites New London , Mystic

Our bedroom is so nice and very comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights, I hoped we could stay longer. We loved the free breakfast buffet! Thanks also for keeping our luggage safe until 6pm after we checked out. We appreciate it!! :)

Stayed for one night when passing through the area, walked in without reservation and made the right choice. Service was very good, polite and helpful staff all around! Rooms were clean and what I'd expect. No luxury needed for a night, so it worked perfectly. The Indian cuisine from the in-house kitchen was amazing, definitely recommend it! Overall, a very pleasant experience will be on my mind the next time I'm in New London.

My home away from home for the past almost 4 months. Couldn't have asked for better business owners! This place has treated me and my family like their own and I couldn't recommend a better place to stay! Ash has been more than accommodating and I look forward to the rest of our stay here ❤️👍👍👍👍

I had an excellent experience at the Regency Inn and Suites. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed — including a very comfortable bed and strong Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. Overall, a great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I would NOT recommend anyone to this hotel. The front desk staff were very nice. But aside from that, everything else was extremely bad. Our room smelled. It was very moist and the rug was sticky. We weren't comfortable walking barefoot. The fan in our bathroom didn't work so after a shower everything was wet. It made sense why the room was so moist. The "heated" pool smelled terrible and was disgustingly dirty. It might be a good thing the pool wasn't really heated as advertised. It would most likely be a breeding pool for some new bacteria. I got this room at a discount and still feel I paid too much. I'm happy we didn't take an extra night when we checked in. The breakfast was also pretty sad too.

I have great time with my children went for graduation ceremony. They accommodate me very well pleasant and peaceful ☺️ 5 star for there service clean room have upgraded nice rooms for affordable rates

I had a wonderful day here at this hotel. Anu and sumant is very friendly and efficient. The room is pretty clean. All the sheets were cool and they have awesome breakfast.
