Positive: I will not stay there again. Felt disgusted after seeing a roach and feeling itchy the whole time. Plus me and boyfriend got sick afterward with same symptoms. Honestly should have been offered a refund or some accommodation which did not happen. Negative: There was a roach in our room, found above the countertop in the kitchen. We noticed it right before check-out, which did not put us at ease at all, s. We did not sleep under the covers in our beds. Left us feeling disgusted and uneasy.

I booked on a booking site. Nowhere on the booking site does it say they charge you a one hundred dollar deposit. ($100 DEPOSIT) The deposit if charged by card can take up to five days to come back. Cool but say it loud and proud on the booking site not a hidden fee that people might not have upon entrance. For my $170 and change I got a king size bed a kitchenette with foil under the eyes , and no pans to cook with any way, a microwave , refrigerator , a desk , the television is an old LG model and is not facing the bed but it’s okay too. The bath tub is the best feature cause it has two ledges maybe two seats who knows and a grab bar. The water is hot and every counter shines .

While the interior looks a bit run down, the hotel was staffed with one of the nicest people I've come across. I was able to check in early and my room was exactly as pictured online. The bed was comfy and it is conveniently located to shopping and food. Also, located right next to a bus stop.

If you're looking for a safe place to stay with a great location.. this is it! There's lots of shopping locations, places to eat, 2 big grocery stores & gas station right across the street, all within walking distance! It's also right off the highway, very easy to find! The rooms are clean, comfy & have everything you need when you're staying away from home. Plus the owner & his family are extremely nice people. Overall a great place to stay!

Positive: A) Management are accommodating to "assistive transport device" requests, and know to reserve 1st floor rooms, since there are no elevators.B) Hotel staff are flexible about early-arrivals, if on-foot. Negative: 1) External doors need "accessibility buttons" to open doors for electric scooter; main door is very narrow & at turn.2) A housekeeping checklist, will help track cleaning needed.3) Maintenance needs a scheduled way to track guest-requested repairs.

Positive: There is full equipment, including microwave, electric-burner stove, conventional oven, refrigerator, kitchenette sink. Also has dual-flush volume toilets. LG television. Negative: Some difficulties with cleanliness of appliances: wall-unit air conditioning has coverings and vent slats that weren't cleaned; I had to rinse-out the covering in shower, after management helped remove the external shell; also USB ports didn't work.

Positive: A) Some staff are accommodating to "assistive transport device" requests.B) They are flexible about early-arrivals, especially if on-foot OR with "assistive transport device" (such as an electric scooter, or electric bicycle). Negative: 1) External doors do not have "accessibility buttons" to open doors for electric scooter.2) No door-handle hanging signs, to indicate to housekeeping, that privacy was needed.3) Maintenance needs a scheduled way to track guest-requested repairs.
