Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway

I will start with the best customer service, from reception, management, to valet. Every staff was gracious, polite and attentive doing it with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge and coffee maker. The thickness of the glass of the window was perfect, big windows and no noise. The hotel is right next to the airport that connects it with a tram. The hotel is steps away from the convention center. There is a restaurant in the main floor, Starbucks, and a great bar. The concierge room was only open on Friday but were given vouchers for the restaurant across the street (Renaissance) based on status. The only complaint is that breakfast at the lounge was until 10, we arrived at 9 and they had run out of fruits and most bread and pastries. I had to asked for a cereal to the attendant, she open a cabinet gave me one but never restocked. I am hopeful that eventually the concierge lounge opens in the weekend.

We had a one night stay and had our car hire from alamo rental. Arriving on a delta flight from Boston everything was very close from terminal to hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had club lounge which was good for a one night stay. Met some lovely staff, Roz in conferences and the conference and banquet manager, John( hope i got his name correct). Roz went out of her way to chat to us and introduced John as we are Irish, as is he. What great staff. They both have the Marriott customer service Ethos. It was no surprise that they have been with Marriott a long time. They both answered questions on the area, and our onward travel to Augusta via Car. we had saw pictures in the hotel and they answered questions, and took their time away whilst organisig a conference . Great Service and was a pleasure to meet them both. Would have no problem staying again. A lovely swimming pool also on site.

The convenience of this Marriott is the best feature. It is connected to the airport by the free Sky Train, and the MARTA train is also connected via the airport. We were in town for the Peach Bowl - we did not need to worry about parking, parking fees or even renting a car - ridiculously convenient actually!||The hotel is typical Marriott quality. The 7th floor lounge was adequate, though the offerings were not as good as many others we've been to. But all the staff were really friendly and accommodating. A computer and printer are available in the lounge, which was handy for printing our boarding passes. Our room and all areas of the hotel were nice and clean.||The one thing that could be improved is that one side of the bed has no outlets or power available. I had a power strip with me with a good length cord so I was able to reach through the headboard to an outlet behind the middle of the bed - otherwise I would have had to have my devices charging up over across the room. It's not a huge thing, but it would be much nicer to have an outlet or USB ports easily accessible.

Such great staff! I arrived after multiple flight delays as I didn’t want to sleep on the airport floor. Was into a room within minutes and was able to get a night’s rest before going back to the airport to make it home. Very clean rooms. Would recommend 100%. Easy to get to from the airport as well.

This hotel is perfect in terms of location - it’s a quick walk/tram to ATL, maybe 10 minutes max. A mid-range Marriott otherwise. Friendly enough check-in, rooms are just OK. Restaurant managed to somehow not have their tap system working, so I walked across the street to the Renaissance (which gets better reviews in any case). Bar/restaurant there was great.

Great weekend experience! We were here for a dance competition and they had everything we needed on property. The room service and restaurants were excellent. |Room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds.|Would not mind staying here again!|Side note: zero noise from being near airport

Great place to stay before you leave or for the late night arrivals. Valet is wonderful - helpful and professional. Front desk is very nice and professional. Breakfast is great with very good service. Rooms are very Renaissance - clean and comfortable. Very nice stay.

Quick overnight here for an early flight, and I could hardly hear the nice clerk checking us in because the lobby was unbearably loud. Cannot understand why the ownership/management thinks that racket enhances the hotel. Ruckus amplified by all hard surfaces.
