This place is not up to the Marriott standards. I was told at check in that the rooms were 75 degrees and they were working on fixing it. As it turns out not all rooms were affected and there was not a person on site working on the water pump cooler issue. I was then told they have been waiting on parts for two days. The room was stuck at 75 the entire weekend. If they knew this then they should have notified their guests before arrival and made reservations for their guests at another location. The room I booked said club level access, I did not see a club lounge. The ceiling in the lobby bar area has water damage. The hallways smell like marijuana. The young lady at the front desk was very nice but she was not able to offer any type of solution. I had to reach out to Marriott corporate who then had the manager reach out to me.

DON’T STAY HERE!! Everything in this hotel is outdated. There wasn’t even a sofa or loveseat in the room, elevator is not inspected-not a big deal, but here’s what is: After a long drive, we paid extra to check in early. I put the privacy sign on the door so I could sleep. An hour later, someone knocked, saying they needed to check the TV. I told them I didn’t care about the TV and called the lobby to ask who this was. They said it was IT. I told them I didn’t want anyone in my room. Forty-five minutes later, someone tried to open my door—by accident or the same guy? No idea. Then, an hour after that, the same guy knocked again. OH GOD! Can’t you read the privacy sign??????? He said he needed to check the TV model. I DON’T CARE. I’m here to sleep, not watch TV. I called the lobby again and asked, Are you kidding me? Even with a privacy sign, they keep knocking? Even without one, they should call first. The guy at the front desk said he’d let IT know. Absolutely ridiculous. And then, the breakfast. That was hilarious. A guy stood there like some kind of inspector, checking your card and telling you which table you could take food from. And what’s on the restricted table? Eggs and sausage. Wow. Even the most basic hotels serve that. And this guy just stands there, watching what people take. Insane. This was the worst hotel experience ever.

My husband and I stayed at this location a few months back. Since our last stay, it seems like the lobby and front desk area have been renovated. At the front desk, they had 8 ounces water bottles and candy for guests. To the right of the desk is the little lobby shop to purchase drinks, snacks, and other things. My husband and I both think there’s great potential if and when they complete all renovations. The lobby is nicely decorated. The elevator is in a weird spot, and it is noisy, and the door slams hard. We stayed in room 313. We stayed in a king bed, 1 bedroom suite. The pillows on the sofa were dirty./soiled. The pillows were awful. As soon as you laid your head down, the pillows deflated. The pillows were so flat that it made sleeping difficult. The bed itself was comfortable. The television’s are not smart TV’s as you normally find at other Marriott properties. The room was clean, but the bathtub could use a refresher. By the next morning, the body wash was gone, so I used bar soap. When I got home, I noticed a had a few scratches in my left knee, which tells me that I was bitten by something. Location is good. There’s a city park across the street (Sandy Springs park). Sunday morning, we were awakened by someone loudly knocking on our hotel door several times. That event scared me and triggered my anxiety. The loud knock also triggered my husband’s migraines.

Stayed here for about 2 nights , it was fair but we checked out early. The elevator needs major maintenance as far as painting and just cleanliness. First night my room toilet wasn’t flushing , I was offered another room and took it. I had to wipe down both rooms as they weren’t cleaned properly. My second room had food bits near the bed letting me know it wasn’t cleaned properly as I thought. My babies face broke out really bad our 2nd night, not sure what triggered it but eh after realizing it wasn’t cleaned properly who knows. There were also stains on the walls and bathroom sinks within both rooms. I’ve stayed at the Sheraton near Truist park and it was way better than this. Nice hospitality from the staff but we won’t be returning.

Never pay for an extra for breakfast, only for one day they made a plain eggs& pork sausages that’s it and the rest of the days we been here they just served cupcakes, croissants & pastries unhealthy choices (insane) who eats that only with nothing els early morning !!!!! We booked for three nights with breakfast (extra) so we don’t have to drive for breakfast as we came from Overseas & with jetlag we didn’t need the hustle to drive for breakfast. Also explaining what we booked early morning on breakfast time ( that was a joke) We travel a lot and this is the first time I experienced this funny situation with a hotel as we very carful what we book . book the room only and never pay for an extra if this place is your last option.smh

This shouldn’t be a Sheraton brand hotel. Maybe a Hampton Inn or Courtyard Marriott, but not a Sheraton. Club Lounge is a joke with a very very limited “breakfast” offering. Most Sheratons I’ve visited offer hot breakfast in their Club Lounge. The restaurant/bar in their lobby is decent, but they were out of half the menu items.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Atlanta Perimeter North Hotel for 11 nights. Overall, my stay was satisfactory, and I didn’t encounter any major issues during my time there. I was out of the hotel for most of the day, and everything seemed to be in order. However, I had a highly disappointing experience on my last day. I requested a wake-up call for 5:30 AM, as I had an early flight to catch. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to provide the wake-up call as promised. This was a serious inconvenience, as timely reminders are crucial, especially when preparing for travel. While my stay was mostly pleasant, this lapse in service left a negative impression. Attention to details like wake-up calls is essential in the hospitality industry, and I hope the hotel takes steps to improve.

The service is 10/10 had no problem checking in or out the location wasn’t in a bad area or anything. The rooms were spacious enough for me and my partner but the pressure of the shower head is so BAD the shower grab bar has a bit of mold maybe black mold on it? It felt as if the room wasn’t flowing any air no matter what we put it at and didn’t bother paying $20 for breakfast better choices elsewhere. I booked it because it looks amazing inside and out but honestly I believe I’d get my moneys worth somewhere else.
