The St. Regis Atlanta

I stayed here for a Gal/Valentines weekend. The St Regis lives up to the brand. A superb upgrade to the St Regis suite was awarded even when an extra night was added at the last minute. The staff is remarkable as is the service. This visit was strictly room service but the restaurants are superb. Reservations are a must. Thank you St. Regis for a memorable experience.

I had an excellent stay! Incredible room and staff accommodate all my requests! Grateful for that. Fairly light sleeper and they were able to accommodate me having a quiet view and a room that felt like pure bliss. Not to mention the bathtub was amazing.

The rooms were so clean and so welcoming. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was also delicious, house bloody Mary was excellent. Great location to many good restaurants and shops. Easy to uber anywhere else you may need to go.

11/16/2024, Went to a Tea Party! Very posh! They had a variety of teas for you to drink. Mine was "the color of" was the name of the tea. Very tasteful. Also, the food was awesome! A little of this and a little of that. Every girl or female should treat themselves to a Tea Party 😉

Visited in October 2024 for afternoon tea. Easy to make reservation online and we were promptly seated as soon as we checked in. We had one of the earlier times for tea which I would highly recommend Just for more attentive service. The tea service by staff was amazing and we had younger guests in our party and the staff was very accommodating making it a very fun and engaging experience for them. The teas and bites were exquisite. As we were celebrating a birthday the staff prepared a special treat for our birthday guest which was yummy as well. Great price point for the experience. The restaurant was decorated beautifully located inside of the St. Regis. @sharpandsoundstyle $$$ There is valet parking with a validation if you are attending afternoon tea

We had an amazing afternoon tea experience at the St. Regis! Celebrated my baby shower here. Excellent staff - shout out to Alexandra for being the best host for our table. The chefs curated an incredible onion garlic free & egg free menu to accommodate our dietary restrictions - and everything was delicious! The overall tea experience was amazing - HIGHLY recommend!

We stayed at the St Regis for our Anniversary. Initially we booked a weekend at another hotel that we thought should have been amazing but we were very disappointed. We switched to the St Regis and have no regrets. From the moment we were on property until we departed, the experience was excellent. The staff were all kind, knowledgeable, and helpful; the food was delicious and the hotel/room was beautiful and clean. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend the St Regis.

Based on the reviews, we had high expectations. I wanted a special weekend with my adult daughter. I wanted to take her to a relaxing mother-daughter spa day and we were both really looking forward to it. I took a flight to ATL and my daughter met me there. ||||Our room wasn’t ready at 4pm, so, we waited a bit in the bar area.||We asked for delivery of coffee for the next morning. In the morning, I received a call from downstairs that they forgot my room number…it’s ok, we did get the coffee.||It happened the next morning too..but, it’s OK..it’s just coffee. ||The upsetting event was the next morning (Sunday) I received a call that they cancelled our spa appointments because the nail tech couldn’t make it in due to a family emergency. I hope everything is ok with her but for paying $700/night at a St Regis hotel, one would think that they would have a back-up nail tech, especially on the weekend. Instead of an acceptable compromise, the spa manager sent me bath salts and 2000 Bonvoy points. We were entirely disappointed because this was the St Regis and my daughter can’t feel Bonvoy points. It wasn’t until later did the lovely concierge think to ask the (rigid and insensitive) Spa Manager to at least allow us to use the spa facilities. At this point, we had made arrangements to get pedicures at the local nail place down the street.||||Moreover, they forgot our coffee delivery on checkout day too. ||||There are many professional and efficient people who work there- the friendly bellmen, the Concierge, conscientious housekeeping, the wait staff …excellent.||But, for the exorbitant money we spent, both the spa services manager and Jack Kurlander’s -Assistant Front Desk Manager- lack of action and the way they handled our last minute cancelled services was shabby and completely disappointing.||||If you are thinking about visiting Saint Regis for their the spa, I would find another place. Mistakes do happen but at this level, their knowledge of how to properly compensate patrons is not up to par.||||Compared to other St. Regis properties at which I have stayed, this was less than optimal.
