Quality Suites Atlanta Buckhead Village North

If you are expecting 4-star hotel experience, then THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. The smell of weed was constant(daily and every time we stepped outside the room). I asked for a room with reasonable accommodations (wheelchair accessibility) and/or on the first floor. They gave me neither. They placed us on the 3rd floor- had to get assistance from people passing by just to go up and down the steps. Too late to cancel, but was promised by the manager to try and place us on a lower floor and never got a call in the 3 nights we were there. I asked for a shower chair and was told one was in the room, never got that. Stove, microwave, and fridge, but you have to buy your own cooking utensils etc. Room was clean at first glance, but common touch areas (light switches, microwave, blinds) were not. You would think it was important since we are in the 2nd wave of COVID, and the room wasn’t ready until 6(check in is @4 though). The manager was cordial and friendly, and so was one housekeeper..the other 3 that I saw clearly didn’t want to be there. I’m only pointing these things out because again, it’s not a 4 star experience. Trust me, if that’s what you are used to then you will be highly disappointed. The location was decent and the price was decent as well. But This is it for me- I am done with Quality Inn.

The rooms are good. Spacious with kitchen. Clean But the ac didn't go under 81° and there was never any hot water for a shower. Staff said they keep it that way so nobody can run the power bill up, but there is no reason why I should walking around the room pouring sweat after I paid $180 for a night there. Definitely won't be back there again

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. My fiancé’ and kids were treated like we were nothing. The workers at the front desk were absolutely rude and they did not greet us when we walked in. The girl at the front desk was on her phone and did not look up until I said something. They did not want to help us. We got a suite with a kitchen and there were no pots and pans. We asked the lady at the front desk about the pots and pans and she told us they don’t have any and what does she want us to do about it. They also charged us 300 dollars for one night and told us we they can’t refund our money because we made reservations online. Also, we were freezing because the heat was not working. Definitely don’t recommend this hotel. The receptionist treated us like trash.

Used to be 5 stars. The facilities are hit or miss. We needed to move rooms due to overly rowdy upstairs neighbors who were for some reason not trespassed from the property. Our second room was definitely cleaner and did not have a lingering imbedded smell of old cigarettes. The staff are trying their best, but it seems Choice Hotels is neglecting this property. Definitely not getting what you pay for or expect from the brand. It's a shame because it's a terrific location and layout. The staff really are trying to offer the best experience possible. This may be our last visit, after years of frequenting this well kept secret gem in the heart of Buckhead.

This appeared to be a very low end hotel. All rooms are outside accessed, no elevator, stairwells are rather dark, couch was disgusting and torn, carpet was dark and dirty, appliances were filthy. If our reservation was refundable without penalty we'd have gone anywhere else, even motel 6 are nice than this place. Only one ice machine and it was broken.

First time was great. Second time was okay, we were way in the back of the property which is pretty sketchy at night. Place needs an overhaul badly. Weed being smoked all over is a detrimental effect to a positive environment. We will ask in advance for a room near the front of the property next time. We didn’t feel comfortable parking in the back. We parked up front. There is a delightful restaurant across the street you just have to get a safe room near the entrance then you can leave out at night. Hostess was okay, not as pleasant as she could have been. Room was clean enough and sheets had been washed in bleach. I liked that. Thank GOD we didn’t see any roaches, would have had to leave.

Stayed three nights. Air conditioner didn't work. Refrigerator didn't work. Keys wouldn't work half the time. Needed updates on everything. Carpet had tacks that would stick in your foot if you weren't wearing shoes. Smelled like smoke as soon as we got there. Cost was super high for a terrible stay. Won't be staying with Quality Inn ever again!!

This place needs updating. The room smelled moldy and stinky. When you walk into the room, the sofa was dirty looking, torn in places. The bed felt like the mattress had been used too long and needed replacing. When I called the front desk about the room. They didn't have any other room to switch me too. They did give me a refund after I told them I wasn't staying here. After I checked out, my credit card was hit for a nights stay. They voided that and gave me receipts to prove that no charges should be billed to my card. The staff was nice. The lobby looks good when you wall in. It was the room that wasn't up to par.
