Sonesta Atlanta Airport South

Great for the price. Hotel had some renovations that I'm sure will make it look like a 5 star when they are completed. The room didn't have a microwave in the kitchenette so heating up food after a night out drinking and dancing wasn't possible but the mini fridge was big and the beds were clean and soft. Our check in was smooth although the day clerk was a bit short, the night clerks were much nicer and helpful with local tips. Overall, have booked another stay for my next business trip!

I stayed overnight when my flight got delayed. The checkin process was very easy and the staff were friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. I didn't have time to use any of the amenities but the shuttle was very reliable and convenient.

Fit my needs for a business trip. Everyone I encountered there was friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver that brought me in on day 1 of my trip (2/4/25) in the afternoon was very charismatic and told us all the details of the hotel that we needed to know! Room was clean and stocked with what I needed in a room.

I had a Delta flight to London cancelled at the gate at 22:30 and opted for this hotel for the complimentary overnight stay. The transfer bus took an age to arrive and it filled further 10 min ride to the hotel. Checkin was quick. The room, on the 6th floor, was dated but comfortable. The receptionist kindly allowed a late checkout and the breakfast was good. The hotel was underwhelming but clean.

Great price and convenient location for our trip back to Tennessee from Florida. Room was spacious and clean. Some areas seem a little... unkempt but it looks like they are working on renovations. The pool, hot tub and gym were all great amenities and we truly enjoyed them. There was lots of noise from planes but to be expected being so close to the airport. My youngest son enjoyed watching them. I believe the gentleman who checked us in was named Curtis and he was so kind and informative. Later in the evening I had questions about check out and food options and Mohammed was so professional and knowledgeable. I don't know when we'll be back in the area but if we are we would gladly stay again!

I decided on this hotel because of the 4 star rating, but this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are decent, but definitely outdated. We have a moldy picture hanging in the bathroom. The towels are nice, and there is a big tv in the room. The air filters are gross and all the hallways wreak of weed. Laundry room out of order...just general upkeep issues. Not completely sure if our sheets were just old or if they weren't changed before we got here. The shuttle to/from the airport is great and timely. Quinton was so polite and helpful!

Hello I did this reservation on priceline they show 3 hotels 2 5star then Sonesta so they choose for you unfortunately I tried my lychee thought I would get a 5 star ended up getting Sonesta this money is non refundable! This is not a premium hotel I tried to change reservation no luck I tried to cancel get a refund no luck I spoke with the night supervisor Muhammad he said if you just want somewhere to lay your head this is the place. One review the lady stated her car was stolen others spoke about toilet overflow water leaking on room. I LOST MY MONEY THEY WOULD NOT RESCHEDULE MY DATE I DID NOT STAY HERE THEY DO NOT TRY TO WORK WITH YOU. I tried to reschedule for a later date thinking maybe renovations would be done no luck AGAIN I LOST MY MONEY NO REFUND that sucks.

I had an early flight out of Atlanta and rather than leave home at 3am to go to the airport I decided to go over the night before to get some sleep and found this hotel had availability. It was very nice! The staff were friendly, I was able to park my car for days, and I took advantage of the hot tub and indoor pool area as well. The rooms were clean and secure. A little noise from planes but that is to be expected so close to the airport. Also there is a restaurant and bar on site. This is a very convenient place if you are flying out of Atlanta. They also have a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Next time I have to fly out of Atlanta I will be staying here again!
